The 3 members of staff that we encountered were all really helpful. They introduced us to the members card, saving us money immediately, and went out of their way to find my husband a top he was looking for. We have not shopped in Go Outdoors before but we will now

Excellent shopping experience
Excellent shopping experience today. I was after a new pair of walking boots as my new corrective innersoles weren't working in my old pair.
We were met by a very friendly member of staff (Steve C) I picked out a couple of pairs that I thought might be ok and Steve helped me to work out which were going to give me the support and fit I need.
He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes a great deal of pride in his job and excellent customer service, we were very impressed.

12 out of 10 service and attention…thank you!
Steve C helped me to find the right pair of walking boots today. He allowed me the time I needed to make the right decision, reassuring me all the way to make the right decision for me. He spent time understanding technically what I needed and recommending a selection of boots to try. I really am more then happy that I received 12 out of 10 attention and service from a really knowledgable guide, and most of all made the right decision on my walking boots choice. Thanks Steve!

Excellent Service from Haydn
Just wanted to leave a review after a great visit to Go Outdoors. My old boots gave up on me, so I came in for a replacement, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Haydn. He was great - so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He really knows his stuff and made finding the right boots a breeze.

Great service
Rebecca was extremely helpful and personable when I dropped in to the Chester store to look at shoes.
It was a busy lunchtime yet I tried and bought a pair within 15 mins.
