Thank you for providing your feedback.

From investigating your order, we can see that it has expired and a full refund has been issued. Your items were in stock and ready for collection. However, you did not receive the email notification to advise this. We understand this meant you were unaware that your order was ready, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This issue has been raised and is currently being investigated further.

We hope that you will choose to purchase from GO Outdoors again in the future to provide us with the opportunity to improve on the service received.
