got exactly what i wanted the young lad who helped me was brilliant i was out of breath when i got there and he asked if i wanted a chair but there was a fishing chair near by so sat on that for a while the lad was called cameron

I returned from Kendal Calling music festival with a couple of split poles for my Icarus 500 tent. I rang Go Outdoors Doncaster and spoke to Paige, she was very helpful and instructed me to bring the poles in. On arrival Col, said that he would sort them out for me, he did this whilst I waited and the new poles and fitting only cost me £8!!
Really happy with the service! Thank you Paige and Col

... unfortunately their toilet facilities are pretty poor, Go Outdoors Corporate should deffo look into that... not nice at all for customer or staff...
.... otherwise still given 5* as not the store staff fault... come on corporate... would you wanna use them?...

You order online
You order online, the next day the order is confirmed the following day you get a refund for not being in stock, so then you look online and presto is still in stock, reorder and the exact same thing happens. Disgusting way to treat their customer's.

Always have what I require
Went to get quite a few new and to upgrade a lot of camping gear. Found everything that I needed, and when I couldn't locate a couple of items, the staff where super helpful, and even recommended an alternative item.
With almost over £70 savings through being a member, it would be daft to go elsewhere!
