Bike Purchase

I went in to get a new bike for my son, as go outdoors have bikes *very* similar in spec to a much more expensive amphibious brand, and Paul the bike guy was fantastic! Friendly, attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble. Fantastic service at the bike stand! The young girl on the till was also very friendly and polite. Great store, great service!

I had a great experience at the store in Harlow. Madison helped me find the perfect pair of merrells. She’s a credit to the store & a fantastic member of staff.

Conner at the Harlow store is a star

Conner at the Harlow store is an absolute star. His camping knowledge was superb, he was able to talk through an entire camping set up for the family often able to relate that to personal experience of the kit. He's genuinely a reason to go back to that store in particular. What a great guy!

On the store front, there's a bunch of interesting kit there. If you enjoy camping you'll love this place!

Jack on the till.

Dave served my wife and I, as we were looking for walking shoes/boots for both of us. He was very patient while my wife tried various shoes, unfortunately she didn’t buy them, as her choice was not in stock.
He was very friendly and helpful while I made my selection.

Jack was very helpful at the till.He was super efficient at renewing my membership and applying the appropriate discount.

Had to return under guarantee a good…

Had to return under guarantee a good quality , after an inspection and simple proof of purchase, the faulty garment was exchanged like for like. The manager John and assistant Jack could not have been more obliging.
An excellent service start to finish.
