Steph and Maggie were helpful, friendly and very proactive. Bringing me boot after boot to try on. Also, making great suggestions from brands I hadn’t bought before.

I have used the boots I bought only once.
I have used the boots I bought once, and I couldn't change them for a bigger size. I was told to use them inside first, which I did, but it is not the same as using them outside, where you've got hills. Ridiculous.

10/10 Experience
I popped into the shop where I was warmly welcomed by Steph and Maggie . I had needed to change my walking coats for a while but they always seemed to drop down the list of to do. This time I had more time and it was explained about the members card and the various types and levels of waterproofing . The staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy . I explained my requirements and I was given plenty of options. I went for a coffee then came back and purchased 2 coats/ jackets !!! I have to say it was down purely to the staff. Thank you and well done and I hope you get recognised for this by your bosses!

The staff member who served me was enthusiastic and friendly. I’ve been to the Huddersfield shop on many occasions and the staff are knowledgable and always happy to help! Keeps me coming back over competitors.

1st time I’ve used excellent this store in…
1st time I’ve used this store in Huddersfield but the 2 shop assistants couldn’t have been more pleasant polite and helpful . Enabled me to get exactly what I needed for my son’s birthday . I hate shopping normally but that was a straight forward experience . Thank you to Steph and Nick for your help today . Excellent !

A great place to shop
Needed a waterproof coat, today. Shopped in Huddersfield Express, where I was served by Nick and Karen. They were both very helpful and gave good advice..
As, a wheelchair user it is very pleasing to have someone opening and closing the door, for me.
I have shopped in this store a few times and have always been met with kindness and a smile..
