From ordering to collection very quick and easy staff very friendly and efficient would certainly collect from Huddersfield retail park again

Kimberley went above and beyond when I came to purchase some new hiking boots. She gave constructive advice and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Nick was extremely helpful, making the experience of buying the right tent far less daunting. His knowledge and expertise guided us to make the right choice for us. To cut a long story short, the OEX 3-part walking poles I had for my birthday proved a real challenge to put together into any form that was useful. This wasn’t just for myself but for several members of my family and for Google!
The staff at the Huddersfield branch could not have been more helpful. The lady on the tills who I approached to start with (what a welcoming smile, it makes the world of difference), to the guy who patiently tried to work it out for me and finally to Jake who added the expertise. You made it look so easy in the end. Thankyou all. You were superb!
Just a thought. Jake, why don’t you put a video together for you tube? It can’t be just me who struggled. You explain the process very well.

I was served by Zenab and Thistle, both were absolutely brilliant! Very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

I went looking to try some walking shoes and was met by Maggie, she was very polite and helpful. I asked to try some size 9 1/2, and Maggie brought all that was in stock. Unfortunately they did not fit so I chose some size 10s. Maggie was again very helpful. I ended up buying a pair.

She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I bought a pair Merrell hiking shoes and they’re great. However, the primary reason I went in was to sort out a problem with a hiking pole/stick. Kimberley pointed out there were some tighteners on the side which I hadn’t noticed. I felt so embarrassed, but at least I got it sorted. Thanks for great service.

Visited the store to purchase some walking boots. Kimberley was great with recommending some really comfortable boots and informed me of the discounts available. I was really impressed with the service and would recommend others to visit the store if they are looking for their first pair.
Only feedback I have, is there was only 1 member of staff on the boots section, and with it being a busy weekend, I was waiting a while to get someone’s attention.

Becca and Abigail in particular,at Huddersfield branch, very helpful sorting my query and ensuring that I got the appropriate items.

Stuart took time to show me round a product and then helped with price match and was really friendly and helpful. Personal service that made me buy in store and not online

Bought new Merrell walking boots today 🙂 at GO Outdoors, Hudds, which is a larger store than the Skipton store we normally use. Kimberley served us, she was very helpful and patient while trying on several different boots. Excellent customer service. Many thanks.

Kimberly was absolutely amazing and made my shopping experience so seamless. The shop has a fantastic selection, but her expert styling advice and warm personality are what really set this place apart. I found exactly what I was looking for thanks to her help.

Came in looking for a tent and some walking boots and Jake helped me with both; excellent service and really knows his stuff. Even managed to convince me to buy a pair of trousers I had been eyeing for a while which I have have worn a number of times since and I'm really glad I got them.

Amazing staff! They were really helpful througout our experience at go outdoors Huddersfield (Leeds Road). From the customer service on the floor by one gentleman (didn't catch his name) and Kyja who served us.

This would have been a five for the customer service alone but when I read my receipt later I realised that I bought something that on the shelf it was marked up at £4.50 and it actually cost me £9.
There were lots on the shelf and it was actually a store colleague who handed me it as I couldn’t find it. Other than this I always have great service at the Leeds rd rtp branch.
