Great products and service as always
I ordered my new bike online and chose store pickup. I was glad I did as Simon on bikes had built my bike, and helped me out massively taking it to and into my car, which was a great help as I had a toddler with me. Shout out to both Simon on Bikes and Lina on the tills. Great products, great prices and great service as always.

Didn’t have all my order…
Didn’t have all my order and wasn’t informed until I got there, couldn’t get rest of my order in time before needing it for a trip. Was told no carry bags left in stock so had to carry it all out in my arms. Wasn’t great

Our family was looking for walking shoes for an upcoming trip. Ian was patient, helpful and kind. He gave helpful advice and also reminded us that we can enter our car registration in their portal when he noticed that we've been in the store for a while.

Excellent bike service! Simon was outstanding—he literally guided me step-by-step through adjusting my bike, including fine-tuning the brakes and gears. Highly recommend!
