I am sorry to hear about your instore experience, the level of service you have described is not what we expect from our teams and I understand how disappointed it must have been, particularly when you was looking to make a purchase but instead was left feeling unsupported.

Your comments have been shared with the store management team for a full review so that appropriate action and additional training can be implemented where needed.
