Went to look for some walking boots with some very specific requirements and could not have got a better customer service from Kevin, really knowledgeable on the products and my requirements he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you

Jason and Jono again really helpful discussing options with us and being super helpful. Superb service, price matching and easy experience for our family at the store. Cheers guys.

Stuart was a mine of information and a thoroughly nice chap to boot (sorry. 😁).
Helpful with sizing, features and socks. Went away with happy babies!

Absolutely amazing customer service from the staff, I popped in yesterday for some walking shoes and the staff advised me on what would be most suitable for me. Store layout is really easy to navigate too - would definitely recommend!

We were served today by Kevin - he was fantastic! A great sales person, very knowledgeable, offering alternatives based on our requirements and budget. Nothing was too much trouble, he secured us a pair of boots at an alternative store. A credit to Go Outdoors! Thank you

Called in to do some window shopping while the weather was bad. I left with multiple items. Nothing but smiles from the staff and I left with items I didn’t even come for! Big thanks to Katie, Jamie and Anya :)

I needed to buy some new trail shoes for a trip I am making soon. I really needed advice on the best ones for my feet as I’ve recently been suffering from plantar fasciitis. The advice I got was brilliant and the service great. I’ve ended up with a pair of shoes that I think will really fit the bill perfectly. Stuart was fantastic!

We were able to get a wide range of camping equipment all in one place. Beyond excellent customer service at the footwear department, thank you.

Kevin was brilliant at showing me the range of shoes suitable for my needs before going on a trip. He was kind, knowledgeable and we had a great chat. I appreciated the service the staff provided, they were wonderful :) Will be visiting again!

Went into the shop after deciding online what I wanted. Had discount code for BLC but wouldn’t put it on certain items in the shop as it did online. So was going to be charged a lot more money. I showed them this in store. This should be the same price and discount in both store and online. The staff were not even willing to help match the online price. Was very unhelpful and stated that’s the price. It was such a shame as the guys who went through explaining about the tents were very helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. So I decided to get the items online. 10 days after purchasing and I’m still waiting for my items to be delivered as wouldn’t allow me to click and collect. Terrible service so far.

Really enjoyed our trip to gooutdoors pudsey but unfortunately they didnt have what we wanted despite checking online and it showing in store.

I ordered I fishing reel for my sons birthday. When I picked it up and opened the packaging I found the box the box was in bits. When I got to the reel that was also broken. The bait runner switch on the back was snapped off but not in the box so this had obviously been sent broken and not happened in transit. This now means I have to wait for a refund and order the reel again wen I got home. This is a absolute disappointment as my son is now missing his birthday present. I don't feel enough was done to make this situation right. Very un happy this time.

Huuuge thanks to Stuart on footwear who helped me find a new pair of walking boots, he’s given us loads of useful tips on what to look for when buying boots, had some excellent suggestions to try on and honest pros and cons of the wide range of boots available. His product knowledge is top tier, he was really easy to chat to, and made me and my family’s shopping experience way more enjoyable.
