GO Outdoors - Shrewsbury (Express) レビュー

Patient and helpful assistance from Lilly in helping me choose a pair of walking boots.

Great shop and easy to access - friendly staff thanks Kelly

Fantastic Service from Laura over 2 visits and Will yesterday ! My husband was quite indecisive about the walking boots that he was trying on and tried on lots !
In the end we decided to return the next day to further the indecision ! In the end REALLY pleased with the very good walking boots and a couple of hats that we purchased . Laura and Will very very patient, good humoured and made sure we were ok with the eventual purchase. Thank you .

I popped into today knowing what I wanted but Kelly still made sure that the product I purchased was fit for the purpose I needed it for. I've always found the staff in this store (as with others) to be friendly and helpful. There are usually some good offers instore too.

Back in November 2024 we visited the GO Outdoors Shrewsbury branch to purchase backpacks, ahead of our travels to South East Asia!

We had done our research, but Kelly was extremely kind and informative in advising my wife and I to purchase Osprey (Farpoint & Fairview 70L) bags.

As DofE leaders, Kelly also helped us to receive useful and fair discount.

The branch was clean, tidy and supporting staff were all very friendly.

I would certainly recommend this branch to others.

Thanks again Kelly 🙏🏻😊

We were served by Rex who was very attentive without being pushy. He fetched and carried numerous boxes of boots and at the point of me giving up, he pointed out a pair I hadn't noticed. They were perfect!

Exactly what I would expect except service by Chris and Kelly today great knowledge on the product thanks guys

Thank you to Lilly for your patience and advice when buying a new pair of walking boots recently. I took a while to decide and ended up surrounded by boxes. But I found a great boot that fits well and will last for years. You are ace!

Great service in a tidy well stocked shop. Great service from Max today 👌

Great product value - especially with membership fee - total of member cost and joining fee still below retail cost - Don was really friendly and helpful - the sort of service we need

Dan the assistant was v helpful, fetching various boots for me to try and fielding other queries from customers in a busy shop

I went hoping to replace my waking boots. Dan was right there with help and advice showing me how to spot the waterproof ones. He was so pleasant bringing out different styles for me to try until I found the right pair.

had amazingly helpful help throughout my transaction from Kelly and the team

Helpful and prompt service, and a nice little discount with the membership cards.

Elin was very helpful, knowledgeable and a joy to speak to. She went the extra mile to help me find the correct boots for me.

Didn’t have the boots I wanted but Kris said they could be ordered in at a matched price. He suggested I try on a different type of boot from the same manufacturer to ensure fit and sizing which was very helpful. Arrived in store couple of days later where I tried them on again under the guidance of Kris. All in all an excellent service many thanks.

Had the product I wanted at a very competitive price. Ian, who served me, was helpful and efficient. Great to have a Go Outdoors in the centre of Shrewsbury without having to suffer an out-of-town retail park circus in the New Year sales.

Had a very knowledgable young lady call Kelly help us today. Very professional and caring. Nothing was too much for her.

Variety of products available. Easy to find and polite, helpful staff.

We visited the Shrewsbury branch to buy new walking boots for my son. Rex, who helped us, was knowledgable, patient and very helpful. He also helped us save money on the purchase, which was much appreciated just before Christmas.
