GO Outdoors - Shrewsbury (Express) レビュー

Helpful staff, speedy service.

Ian served me and was knowledgable and helpful. Polite, friendly guy so came away happy with my purchase. Very competitive price for good quality shoe! Love this shop

I needed advice and help in buying a pair of ladies walking boots for my hiking trip to Nepal last November.
Ian at the Shrewsbury branch patiently helped me try on various brands and models as well as various sizes for the perfect fit. They needed to be waterproof with a good grip on mountainous terrain.
In the end we decided on Merrill boots which had to be ordered. They were perfect and ticked all the boxes, perfect fit, waterproof, comfortable and a good grip and a good price.
Brilliant service…thank you!

Professional, courteous and helpful. Thanks Lilly.

Excellent, quick and friendly service from Lilly.

Went in with my £5 off voucher, great value buy plus quick and efficient service from Dan 👍

Very good customer service. Very helpful staff that are interested in their customers and getting it right for them. Also had the same consistent quality of good service about 2 months ago. Thank you

Kris and Dan were excellent. Very informative when buying shoes and helpful with the new members card. Great. 14/3/25

Visiting your store today Laura was very helpful & couldn't have done more for me. I had tried on a pair of Brasher zip off trousers on Saturday & returned to buy them sadly the size I wanted had been sold & there were no more. Laura checked other stores & looked how long an order to home would take. She even phoned the local Blacks store to check their stock.
After looking with her again she found the same trousers(I had seen them & thought they were cut offs) but without the zip off bottoms which I was more than happy to have.
So a very happy customer!

Helpful salesperson Kris steered me towards a choice of walking shoes within my price range and then explained the Member’s Club benefits to me. Shoes were discounted heavily and then on setting up the Club Card (£5 cost) cashier Laura told me of further discounts for National Trusts members. Total reduction was £45 even with £5 membership. Well done.

Elin was very professional, friendly and polite, helped me find a great pair of walking shoes. Thank you.

I was looking fo 100% water proof boots
Didn’t know what to go for

Excellent service, as ever.

3 staff on duty. Very helpful, polite, good humour.

Visited the Shrewsbury store looking for a coat suitable for Switzerland and colder weather and snow. Kelly helped me , sorted my Go Outdoor coat and served me with my purchase. Made my experience to store a good one, I'm not a slim size so felt conscious going in, but was made to feel welcome and helped to find the right jacket. Thank you Kelly . X
