We are sorry to hear about your recent experience when visiting the store to purchase a bike.

We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to make the trip only to be told that a bike specialist was unavailable and that you would need to return on another day. We would also expect our colleagues to provide as much information as possible regarding stock availability and bike sizing, so I'm sorry that this was not your experience.

Your comments have been noted and have been shared with the store management team for review, as we recognise the importance of providing knowledgeable support and clear information to customers looking to make a purchase.

We do hope we’ll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in GO Outdoors and provide a much better experience in the future.
