We are pleased to hear that your experience in store at Festival Park was positive, but we are very sorry to learn that the address shown on our website was incorrect. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to spend time navigating Stoke's one-way system and searching for the store, only to discover it had moved.

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand the inconvenience this caused before your visit even began.
