Whilst we aim to ensure our stock files are accurately reflected, cancellations can occasionally occur due to stock discrepancies or system issues, we fully appreciate how upsetting and inconvenient this is and we are sorry that your order has been affected on this occasion.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience in store. The level of service you have described falls well short of the standards we strive to provide, and we appreciate how frustrating and disappointing this situation must have been for you.

We would also like to apologise for any confusion caused by the conflicting information you received from our Customer Care Team. Unfortunately, tent poles are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, as damage to poles is not considered a manufacturing fault.

For any item believed to be faulty that was purchased in store, the item would need to be returned to the original store, together with proof of purchase, so that it can be assessed by the store team in line with our returns and faults procedure.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
