Poor accessibility
Very difficult to get round the store in a wheelchair. Couldn't look at everything because we couldn't get down between the rails. Disappointing for a store and group this large.

A bit of confusion on my end but was quickly sorted and helped by the lady on the checkouts - who i had also spoken to on the phone earlier that day! Great service.

Shambles really
Shambles really. Internet not working, water coming in through the roof. Floor soaked, carpets badly stained. Pot holes all over the car park. Leeann and Dee doing there best to serve but tills kept going down. Only giving 5 stars as the 2 ladies where doing there best in a grim situation. Sort it out

Very friendly staff, easy to find everything you need.
Dealt with by Kayla at the till, she was very friendly and helpful. Dealt with my GO card issues with no problems.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Very helpful and friendly staff. Martin was great helping me try and choose walking shoes. Customer service from Leanne and Natalie was excellent. Definitely recommend this store and will come back again.
