Ruth was a brilliant help - it was like having my own personal shopping assistant. She took me everywhere I needed to go & even helped with technical washing instructions for my outdoors kit. Highly recommended, thank yoooo!

Ruth was absolutely brilliant today she helped my mum with sizing for some walking trousers and kept and going getting different sizes for her to try on, lovely lady and very helpful!

Ruth was very helpful and spent time advising and showing us where to start. My wife bought two pairs of trousers.

Good experience, Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Some of the pricing a little mixed up but quickly resolved by Emily.

Very easy to get to store and park car. Once inside we wanted to purchase a waterproof jacket for a man. Surrounded by so much choice, Ruth came to our aid.
She showed my husband a couple which were suitable for the purpose (dog walking).
My husband couldn't decide so Ruth prompted him to choose the style and colour that suited him perfectly. Excellent service.

Great service at the store today. I needed assistance with a return and exchange, both Leeann and Mya were very helpful. Leeann was very friendly despite it nearly being closing time!

Went looking for some shorts today but very limited stock on regular rails.
Ruth broke from the task she was doing and looked in the stock room and referred me ro the Sale rail - a very helpful and pleasant manner.
Found some t-shirts anyway and Ruth advised how to present these at checkout to ensure the correct discounts were applied.
Emma on the checkout was equally pleasant and talked about my shopping experience today

I went into the shop today 23/9/2026, to purchase a couple of items some of which I were unsure on what would be best suited to my needs. A friendly employee came over to assist me and his knowledge shone through as did his warmth and genuine customer service skills.

A quick visit for a 'cag in a bag' for a grandchild. Found what I needed. No help required by shop floor staff.

Myself and my husband visited the Wakefield store it is by far the one with the BEST STAFF. Daniela and Erin were so kind and paitent. We had peace matched my husbands walking boots and were refunded over £40. Price match anything instore find it cheaper online in your size they will refund in 7 days or at the till there and then if you show evidence. SIGNAL isnt great at this store so perhaps do your price matchijg prior to your visit. We then also found my Salomon boots cheaper online than in the store and used the refund towards minus the price match and they were £80.88 in the end! Boots advertised for £154 were half price absolutely over the moon and it was made easier by the flexibility of the helpful staff. Happy walking for us ☺️

Brilliant staff in Horbury and Leeds bike area.
Extremely helpful and knowledgable. We went to Leeds to see the larger size bike before ordering. Andy at Horbury bridge did a great job putting my sons bike together, and helping size the helmet.
Only downside was the stores couldn't order the bike, we had to do that on line to be delivered to the store, so neither of the stores who contributed to the purchase get the sale.

Assisted by Ruth this morning, looking for a tent I found online and showing four in stock, sadly there were none on the shelf but, we found a similar tent that meets my requirements.
Ruth and all the staff I met today were all very helpful and polite. 👍🏻

Poor communication, ordered the items (two chairs) 84 in stock. Went to collect to be told they in fact wasn’t in stock and then completely put out of stock across all the shops and all of there sister company sites. Was refunded one chair and then had to ring several times to get the second one refunded. Poor customer service and experience.

Ruth was very helpful in store today. She answered our questions and was very friendly.

We went to the store searching for walking boots & a pair of walking trousers for my ten year old son, for his upcoming 3 peaks challenge football team fundraiser. After looking round we were assisted by Ruth who was lovely, really friendly & helpful. Although we were not able to find a pair that quite fitted even with help, due to my son being petite for his age, Ruth suggested a pair of waterproof/ wind proof trousers which could go over the top of his normal shorts which had a elasticated band. She also checked his walking boots fitted comfortably too for us. Thank you Ruth for your help, product knowledge & brilliant customer service skills
