Returned coat and new replacement

We called in today to return a 'waterproof' coat that I had bought a short while ago, bur didn't live up to expectations, Sue, who served us couldn't have been more helpful, we got a full refund then bought a replacement coat that was three times more expensive than the original!

Warrington store

The staff at the Warrington store were vey helpful as always helping me find what I went in for.
I was served at the checkout by a young lady Evie who was very polite and friendly.

Great team great store

Came in with no knowledge I had done some research on my side before going into store but I needed help I spoke with becca and she came around the store with me and helped me where she could. She made me feel really good that I hasnt an inconvenience. She really made me feel good so thank you becca

Bought a bike from the Warrington store…

Bought a bike from the Warrington store mid July, the guy on the cycle departmen (Phil) was brilliant, all the way from purchase to handover. Also, just to say, the handover was very thorough, explaining absolutely everything, including how to get the free 6 week check.

Issue with Berghaus Air 600 tent rang…

Issue with Berghaus Air 600 tent rang the store whilst away ....Sue was so helpful and reassuring and we ended up exchanging the tent for the bigger Berghaus Air 600Xl. Will be back to buy items to fill our new bigger tent and will 100% ask for Sue!

Im new to camping and when I visited i…

Im new to camping and when I visited i didn't have much knowledge of what is best for beginners. I was served by (Sue).
she was so helpful and answered all my questions to the best of her abilities and gave me tips for camping, so much so I signed up for membership and will come to go outdoors for all my camping needs in the future 🙂

Evie was super helpful @ Warrington!

Evie was super helpful, the Go Outdoors membership card ended up saving us 50% on our first bulk load of camping trip supplies so it's definitely worth getting one for just £5!

Exceptional Service from Christian & Johnny

Had a problem with my air tent beams and rang the store after being advised to by customer service. Christian was super polite and helpful on the phone and invited me to come in for him to have a look and decide on a few options. In store, both Christian and Johnny were really helpful. They kept my beams for the afternoon to test them out while working around their other responsibilities, and on my return they gave me a solution I was very happy with. Their service was not only exceptionally kind and helpful but I feel they really went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks so much guys and to all to Go Outdoors Warrington👏

Great staff

Helpful advice from Sue on camping gas options and refill prices etc. great savings with the £5 membership which paid for itself five fold on the 1st visit! Will be back
