We are sorry that it was not made adequately clear that the discounted prices displayed in store were for our members.

For a small charge our members receive discounted prices as well as first access to new products and brands. They can also use our price match service.

We do hope that you will visit GO Outdoors again in the future and consider becoming a member to take advantage of these benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent instore experience.

We are sorry to hear about your experience in store and that you were initially advised the awning was unavailable when there was stock on the shop floor. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially after you were able to locate the item yourself.

Providing accurate stock information and helpful service is important to us, and we're disappointed that we fell short on this occasion.

Your feedback has been shared with the store management team so they can review what has happened and improve on the customer experience.
