Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused.

It’s clear we let you down on this occasion. The incorrect item was sent due to an order mix-up, and after you returned it to store, the refund was not processed correctly as intended. We appreciate how disappointing this must have been, especially as you were left without either the item or your money.

We have now investigated this and can confirm that the refund issue has been rectified. The refund has been processed, and the funds should be returned to your original payment method shortly, depending on your bank's processing times.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the errors and delays you've experienced. We appreciate your patience while this was resolved and your feedback, which helps us identify where we need to improve both our fulfilment and refund processes.

We understand how frustrating it can be when parts of your order are cancelled and we are sorry for this happening. Having checked your order we can see that the cancellations occurred at the time due to a stock error, we aim to ensure our stock is accurately reflected on our site however errors can occur.

We can see a new order has since been placed for the wanted item on our Click & Collect service which is ready to be collected at your earliest convenience. Please take your order confirmation email and ID with you upon collection.

Your feedback is of high value and will be raised with the relevant departments to ensure improvements are made.
