I very much enjoyed this holiday. The hotel staff were all great being hospitable and friendly. The food was good and really enjoyed the barbecue with entertainment
with a belly dancer. Really good fun !

The boat was clean, modern and well equipped.
The staff were brilliant and worked so hard to keep us happy.
Other passengers seemed very nice and there were 14 different nationalities.
In my opinion, we stayed in Porto for too long, as we didn't sail until 36 hours after we boarded the boat.
The excursions were pretty expensive and definitely not value for money.
These were the only negatives and on the whole it was a great experience.
Special mention to Gabriel the entertainment guy, Sara in the dining room and Sonia the multilingual cruise director 😀

Excellent Holiday from the point of booking…..
The Olympos hotel has great service and food with a good array of trips and experiences on offer. I cannot fault the staff both at the hotel and GoSingles who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had the best holiday with so many laughs and great friendships. Jayne the rep is super helpful, friendly and always looking out for her guests and checking all ok. Can’t wait to go again

Very poor admin, unable to check in on line but advised to keep trying only to find that other travellers struggled too. Check in at the airport i was a solo traveler but I had been booked on by gosingles as if I was travelling as part of a couple this caused issues when I couldn’t produce my imaginary travel partner at check in. The gullet was well past its sell by date with very poor standard of upkeep, patched up would be a more accurate term. Food was very low standard and after day three very predictable. Drinks on board were of a very limited variety and expensive five pound for a can of lager twenty four pound for a bottle of wine ( 4.2 euros in the supermarket).
Cruising time in the week approx twenty hours, runs ashore in the week one. Onboard safety briefing none.
I did enjoy the holiday because of my fellow passengers who adopted the attitude of it’s a week so let’s make the best of it, and we did. crew, two young lads and the skipper were friendly and easy to get along with. This is a very brief description of a holiday that if it wasn’t for my fellow travellers could have been a total disaster
However for the cost it was a very poor gullet experience and with a bit more shopping around could be greatly improved on.

keeps me coming back year after year. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The other solo travellers are usually great company too, making it a brilliant holiday every time. Highly recommended.

The location of Olympus Hotel in Turkey is excellent. However the premises itself has not been improved in the five years since I last visited. The rooms need a complete revamp with cupboard drawers and units peeling off. The televisions do not work and only show Turkish programmes when I guess the majority of guests are English. Apologies but disappointed.

Had an amazing holiday with GoSingles. Everything organised for me. The staff at The Olympos Hotel, Turkey were very friendly, made me feel safe and welcome. Our Rep Jayne was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. I was blessed to met some great people also on the Go Singles holiday.

I’ve given the middle star cos not sure yet if this is good or bad - but I suspect bad. I have paid over £800 deposit and flight money for the sea and sand to Turkey some of the money was for booking an upfront seat. Despite paying this money months ago it now appears they have not booked me on a flight or reserved an upfront seat. Surely this is taking money - if not illegally - at least not morally ?? They want another £1,500 at the end of June so a very expensive 2 weeks in Turkey !! I wonder how trustworthy this company is ?

Returned from GoSingles holiday to Tenerife, have had many great holidays with them in the past, but the holiday rep Sabina did not meet us at the airport.
There was no meet & greet, didn't see her at any point throughout the duration of holiday., who was she? what did she look like? does she even exist! No communication whatsoever. Could she be on her own holiday in another country! GoSingles are paying this rep for being useless & not doing her job. The only contact from her was to a whatsApp msg sent by a concerned holidaymaker from the group regarding our return pick up times for the airport. Sabina has to be the worst holiday rep ever. The only positive in all this was the hotel The Gara Suites Golf & Spa which was fabulous.

Fantastic holiday in Gambia. Great food, sun and safari.
Would highly recommend.

It was great value for money. Easy place to find, whatever you were travel from. The hotel was a dream and the staff even better. Excellente customer services, great spa, good food (nobody could finish it all!) and Elsa was great, making sure the whole group had a memorable time. I recomended. I will do it again.

Maldives Cruise 🇲🇻 .... it was amazing and more than exceeded my expectations👌😍

It was perfect and a wonderful experience in every way: boarding Neo Cruiser on 16th March, my cabin which was luxurious, the fantastic crew, the food, the itinerary, the stunning beauty of The Maldives, snorkeling which was a first time experience for me, the incredible sealife that I saw and swam with while snorkeling (hundreds of beautiful fish, sting rays, reef sharks, manta rays, nurse sharks, turtles, octopus and the rare sighting of a whale shark!), and finally, the lovely people I met and shared this fabulous 'holiday of a lifetime' with.

I was sad to leave and return home, but feel ecstatic that I had such a fantastic time and an incredible experience 👌😍🇲🇻

I would, without any reservations, highly recommend this fabulous holiday.

I enjoy the holiday and the company of the rest of the group. I didn't like it when I found out that go singles forgot to buy the tour tickets for Granada for the group until the 12th hour when we all kicked up a fuss and even then it was for only some of the group and not the whole. The whole reason I booked this holiday was for Granada. To me this was a miselling of the holiday

Had. Fabulous River cruise with go singles. Food on La Belle Cadiz was excellent as were all the staff, who were very attentive to our needs. We were kept very busy with various tours and town walks as well as the option to just chill on the deck!

as always Jennie was super helpful throughout the whole process of booking she really is a credit to your organisation
However unfortunately this doesn’t appear to be the case with all members of the team
our pick up a Seville airport was less than satisfactory with a driver who could speak no English whatsoever and didn’t seem to know where she was taking us to. We had it pointed out to us that she didn’t have WhatsApp which is how we all been communicating which made this all the more complicated.
Whilst it wasn’t a problem for me, there were also issues with the Granada trip that had not been booked properly. It wasn’t a problem for me because I never intended to go. I believe there were some very unhappy people one in particular who didn’t secure a ticket was actually crying on the day of the trip because she couldn’t go as there was no allocation for her
The ship itself in terms of the Carrier was exceptional. The food is wonderful. The stuff are amazing and the cabin which I had chosen to be on the upper deck was very good.
The major downside of this trip is that there’s not a lot of sailing so when we moored in Seville for four days out of the seven my view was of the dockside Ie no view at all and i had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time because people could see directly into my room There were a lot of trips with the Granada trip being a six hour round-trip and others being four hour Round trips neither of which I went on because I couldn’t face such long trips on a coach I realise that this is a logistics issue but nevertheless it was disappointing as for me as the major part about these trips is the sailing
The weather was very nice and the ship had been advertised as having a pool When we arrived we discovered that the pool is only actually available, and in terms of available . I mean actually existing in the summer months This was again disappointing

This has been my second trip with GoSingles and both have been very enjoyable.
I met lovely people and we had lots of laughs in an opulent hotel.
It's great that we get to say hello before the trip by chatting on the WhatsApp group which GoSingles set up. Really good idea.
I feel so comfortable with this company that it will be my first choice in future.

I had a horrible experience with GoSingles this year. Too deflated at the time to leave a review, I now feel it’s important to warn others about GoSingles’ sharp practice.

In a nutshell, I had to cancel a holiday just over seven weeks in advance. GoSingles were inflexible and charged a £1,423 cancellation fee. I believe GoSingles then resold the holiday, as the trip was later shown as fully booked on their website. Consumer law states that if a travel firm resells a cancelled holiday, customers are generally entitled to a refund of their money, minus reasonable admin costs or a fair, proportionate fee. GoSingles appear not to operate in line with this law.

The details are: I booked and fully paid for a week’s holiday in Sicily from 8th September 2025. I was then notified of an NHS hospital appointment on 9th September to review unsuccessful surgery. Whilst not the type of appointment for urgent treatment that would be covered by holiday insurance, it was vital for me to attend. Changing the date of the hospital appointment would mean waiting a further five months.

I proposed to GoSingles that I join the holiday on 10th September. After all, I had paid for it: the room and return travel should be available to me. I was happy make my own outward travel arrangements or for GoSingles to do this, with me paying any additional cost. Quite absurdly, GoSingles would not allow me to join the holiday two days late. I therefore had no choice but to cancel.

There was a further twist. At one point, GoSingles sent an email stating: ‘we do have the option of moving your booking to a later date for another Italian break’. I was temporarily relieved and thanked them. But it turned out that GoSingles were offering only one particular date for an alternative holiday. This clashed with my god-daughter’s wedding so I could not accept the offer. GoSingles would not offer any further date.

One further point, I have seen how GoSingles twist things in their replies to negative reviews. If they quote a positive statement from me, this will have been made during the brief period when I thought they really were offering me another Italian break that I would be able to take up.

Overall, I strongly advise travellers NOT to book with GoSingles. Do not get caught out by their sharp practice. Do not allow them to push you into cancellation, keep your money and resell your holiday.
