Gibson’s came to service our boiler. We have used Gibson’s for the past three years because we find them very efficient and competitively priced.
Their staff are very polite, professional and tidy. I have recommended them to my family and now my mum and Aunty use Gibson’s for servicing their boilers.

Thank you guys for your hard work! So happy with our new bathrooms and downstairs loo.
Worked so hard and the attention to detail was next level. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went above and beyond to get the job done. Refreshing to find tradesmen that actually care and want the job doing properly!

Recently had a new bathroom and en-suite fitted by Gibsons. Everything and everyone from initial plan and quote by Mark through to supply and fitting with Paul, Ben & Lewis, tiling by Dean and electrical work by Ryan along with any contact with Victoria in the shop were superb. Can thoroughly recommend every aspect of the experience as thorough, professional, friendly and top quality. Everything was carried out above and beyond what you would normally expect from a tradesperson and the price was significantly cheaper than other quotes we had obtained. We are delighted to give Gibsons our 100% recommendation - you really won't be disappointed. Our GoTo plumbers for any future work! Thanks for everything

They were punctual. Both with the quote and on the day of the job. The job was a new boiler, 2 new radiators and new valves. The 3 fitters worked non stop all day. They removed all packaging and old parts. Hoovered brushed and hosed downed when the job was finished. So thanks Gibson's for a 1st class job. And a special thanks to Ben, Lewis and Paul. Who all were helpful and pleasant. And could not do enough for us.

Called this company for a quote, The guy that came out wasn’t listening to me when I told him what the problem was and quoted me for unnecessary work to the tune of £780! Another plumber the following day quoted me £120 and fixed the problem, Would not recommend them, Tip….Get more than one quote!!!
UPDATE! I had not had several plumbers out I had one who first tried replacing the valves and flushing the radiator to make sure that problem was not the radiator but was the pipes, He then failed to return to complete the job! Your quote did not include 2 new radiators as stated in your reply that is a lie! It included replacing one….the existing radiator in my living room that you said was the issue even though I had already told you that wasn’t the case! The problem was with the piping which has now been replaced and works fine! My garage already has a brand new radiator fitted that just needed piping/connecting to the boiler so why would you quote for another? Re piping from the boiler to 2 radiators was all that was needed and was not a £780 job! I still have the written quote but I’m unable to upload it here! 😡

I wouldn't recommend.

After charging me £360 to fit a part that costs no more than £40 they also managed to break my NEST thermostat. Any decent tradesmen would stand by their work, however these guys tried to charge me another £60 charge out fee for their own mistake. Appalling, I'll be pursuing for damages.

Needed 3 radiators fitting including one that had caused a previous plumber problems. Gibson quoted for the work and gave a date it would be complete. The engineers went out of their way to complete the work and and make sure everything was ok. Cannot recommend enough and will certainly be contacting them again for any other plumbing work.
