Good food, good pricing

We waited for 2 hours! I called the restaurant twice. They called the driver and he told her he tried calling me but I didn’t answer. I never received a call except from the restaurant who told me what the driver said. He did not ring the door bell or knock on the door and left our food on the porch. So we got a nice cold pizza 2 hours after ordering.

Food was excellent! I requested a 6:30 drop off but they came 45 minutes early. I suppose because it was new years eve they had to get food out as fast as they could. The only other problem is that the food was cold and everything had to be heated.

We received our order at the exact time that we were told that it would be delivered

The prices for each item were a dollar more than the ones listed on the restaurant’s own website and ordering portal. There seemed to be less options to add to each item being ordered. I could not track the progress of the order. I probably would not use grabull again for these reasons.

Ordering was easy — order was ready when asked.

I received my order. However, I was not alerted when the delivery was completed until I contacted the restaurant directly.

I'd give them a zero if I could. My debit card numbers were stolen after I ordered a sub via their online ordering service! Woke up to 4 fraudulent charges and a call from my bank.
Don't use this company they are not secure.

The associate said he did not receive my order. I placed an order to schedule pick up time and still had to wait until the associate had time to ask someone else about my order. I feel I will be calling the store to place my order going forward, and moving away from this service.

Snappy, intuitive interface

Truly good food. Everything we ordered tasted great. Packing was actually impressive, service was great. And it was ready so fast!

The Indian, Holi, restaurant did not/forgot to include the chutney selection that usually accompanies the mixed appetizers (we ordered two portions) and the papadams. This is really frustrating and it makes ordering online extremely risky and inconvenient.

Quick delivery. All items were there and people were friendly!

WAS READY ON TIME WHEN I PICKED IT UP

Company charged my card a different amount than what was on my receipt. Called in to support and was told that they would need to consult with a different team and that they would get back to me within a day. I never heard back from them, I got a random refund for the difference but never anything back from support.
