Both Buzz and Sanele did an amazing service to pack our house and upload the items on to the Grace Removal truck on 15th and 16th Oct for door to door delivery from Auckland to Melbourne. Both of them were conscientious, professional and efficient in getting the task done on time. They were friendly and polite. Great service and team work!

From initial point of contact to uplift day, we are so grateful for the well-informed correspondence, and particularly today where the rain didn’t dampen spirits; Rapture and Hornell were swift and packed with care. My daughter and I moved from Australia back to NZ recently. Grace removals , from start to finish, were absolutely amazing. There is nothing I had a problem with. The guys that came to pack up my stuff in Australia were quick, friendly and professional (I didn't get their names unfortunately) as was Natasha in Brisbane and Morne in Auckland. I was told 4-13 weeks and had an email 4 weeks later with a link to track my goods. I was given a date for delivery, after all inspections were done, and they were bang on time delivering. And again an amazing crew (Sanele and Masoe?). I was stressed that my unit wasn't big enough and straight away they put my mind at ease. Lovely guys and made everything easy. Would happily recommend Grace removals. You won't regret it !

The Wellington team was very helpful in all aspects of our move to Melbourne. They covered all the relevant info, timeframe, process and everything in between. They handled all our items with care and respect and will be expecting the same for the Melbourne team. Highly recommend Grace Removals with pricing and quality of service.

Considerate and hard working packers. Knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. Didn't stand about taking to each other or to us, just worked non stop for 3 days.

Tony Thomas and his team were outstanding! Communication and quote provided were the best pitched when I was gathering quotations. Tony's team Dave along the two men who came to load and unload were incredibly efficient and quick. The boys on the heavy lifting were super friendly and polite and respectful given my situation. I moved from Westmorland to the other side of Christchurch. Tony and his team were brilliant. Everything was wrapped, loaded and delivered without damage. The crew were polite and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Grace Removals packed my household in NZ in August 2024 prior to my move back to Australia in September. When I transferred my belongings from my storage unit in December I found a number of timber furniture scratched and damaged, I fine bone china lace platter was wrapped in just paper and then placed at the BOTTOM of a large carton and then filled with solid heavy items. Of course my platter was smashed to bits. Over the last 12 months, I'm still realising so many more things went missing during my move. DON'T TRUST GRACE REMOVALS.
