They took my balance money without my consent and I don’t even know why they took it. I tried to contact them but I have to pay to talk to them?!! So you have to again pay me to complain about their service?!! How funny? I don’t even know where to start?!! The are thieves.. stay away from them.
they are real froud company.
I am happy with their support teams, specially techincal support. They solved my gpfi issue, even on holiday. Worked on it through out the mid night!!

Urgent Attention Required – Internet Connectivity and Payment Issues (Order No. 1125397139)
I have been facing intermittent “no internet access” problems since inception, despite multiple complaints to relevant departments.
This is adversely affecting my computer-based work & overall productivity.
I also sought clarification on a payment-related concern, & yet to receive feedback .
I remain hopeful for swift resolution.

Worst telecom ever, very poor service. I also they slowdown internet speed when you are downloading files or consuming much data.
Worst internet connectivity with high call rate. Just disappointed. Every month spending so much money for internet, and they can't ensure smooth internet service even in Dhaka, let alone countryside.
Very bad service, Low quality and high rate internet service. Don't buy anything from grameenphone.
Don’t buy any internet pack other than monthly plan. Because, you will not get 4G connection in 7 days, 15 days packs.
I've been a loyal Grameenphone customer since 2010, appreciating their excellent network coverage across Bangladesh, even if it comes at a premium price. Recently, however, my experience with their customer service has been incredibly disappointing.
I tried to recharge my phone through the MyGP app using bKash for 450 BDT (around $4.20). The app crashed during the process and showed a failed transaction. Still, the money got deducted from my bKash account, but it never added to my Grameenphone balance.
I called up Grameenphone support, and they initially promised a resolution within 7 days, which seemed reasonable. However, nothing after 7 days, and I called again for the same issue and got an assurance of resolving it "soon" with high priority. Two months have passed since, and I get this same assurance—nothing is done.
It was really annoying to bear it for two months. Grameenphone has a nice network, but the customer service is really bad. I want to urge them to improve their support system in order to sort out problems for customers on time.
