I don’t know why it have negative review in trustpilot. But I use daraz on regular basis. I order things I need like accessories & other stuff on Daraz & always have a good one. For those who are looking to order in future, you jist have to look for the product & seller review. If it’s good then go for it. Other than that Daraz is a good app for use & buy your daily products.

I ordered a Type‑C converter from Daraz and the service was really disappointing. It took 10–12 days just to receive the order, which is far too long. On top of that, the product had an issue, and now they say replacing it will take another 10 days. Very poor service and frustrating experience. Not satisfied at all.

My last product was broken, so I did not have a good experience with them. I once purchased a controller with one of the buttons not working!

My daraz account has been been hacked and ordered daraz gift card worth of 6100 which they received in their provided fake email. Complained to daraz immidiately and been told they cant cancel the order. Then asked to send the gift card codes into my actual email address they replied they can not do anything at all.I personally think it is inside job. Please guys remove your bkash or any other account if it is saved for payment. I hope bangladesh government take action against them.

I requested a refund as the delivery was attempted but not successful but they rejected my request. Impossible to reach a live agent!!

I ordered torch light from Daraz and it’s arrived on time but they missed package goodly. However product was great and it’s battery amper was huge and light power is good. I will definitely order more 5 for my neighbor, actually after saw my torch light they wanting to order. Highly recommended Daraz to everyone!

❌ Daraz Bangladesh Seller Experience — Extremely Disappointing!

As a seller on Daraz Bangladesh, I am honestly very disappointed with how the platform treats its sellers. Daraz charges way too many fees from us — and by the end of the day, we barely get half of what the product is actually sold for.

There are multiple hidden and confusing charges including:

Commission fee

Shipping fee

Co-voucher or campaign fee

Payment processing fee

Return and handling fee

If a product sells for ৳100, a seller is lucky to receive ৳40–৳50 after all deductions. That means nearly half the amount is taken away by Daraz through different charges.

On top of that, return management is poor — products often get damaged or lost, and still the seller has to bear the cost. There’s no proper customer support for sellers, and most of the time, the system works in favor of buyers only.

Daraz seriously needs to rethink their seller policies, because with this kind of fee structure, small and medium sellers can’t survive. It feels more like we’re working for Daraz instead of with them.

💬 Final Thoughts: Not recommended for new or small sellers unless Daraz reduces their excessive fees and improves transparency.

I ordered 3 seed mix packets from Daraz.
None of the packs had any expiry date printed on them.
Some of the seeds — especially sunflower seeds — were spoiled and stale.
When I requested a refund, Daraz refused to refund me, which is unfair and irresponsible.
Selling food products without expiry dates and proper quality check is unacceptable.
I’m very disappointed with Daraz’s service and warning others to be careful! 🚫

Most of the time the products don’t match the description or the pictures. They show one thing and deliver something else. The company also feels very careless. Twice my order was returned to the seller saying “customer unreachable,” but no one even contacted me. I also tried to complain about it but never received any update.

I often shop from Daraz and the experience is really good. The delivery is usually on time and the packaging is secure. Prices are also reasonable compared to local markets.

Avoid. I ordered about 10times from Daraz. Last purchase was an expensive item. I was given the wrong Cheap item. 2 weeks later, still waiting for refund. Fraud company. I will never use daraz again

I ordered a lenovo bluetooth headphone from daraz.com.bd by cash on delivery. When i received the product i found the product seal was broken and the headphone looks like forged lenovo headphone. Everyone should be careful when ordering product from daraz.com.bd.

I ordered a product costing Tk 1020 and when I received it, I found it to be the wrong product. I wanted to return it and filled up their online form giving all the details and submitted it. I waited for them to come and collect the product. They neither came nor refunded my money. When I talked to their customer care people, they said since the 7 days was up I could not get a refund. They ignored the fact that I had already initiated the process of getting a refund on the day I received it. Basically they were rude and unhelpful. I believe they are scammers and it's best to avoid buying from them.
