Excellent company to deal with very professional and amazing to deal with,exceptional technical knowledge and truly made the whole experience great for us, dont normally leave reviews, but seeing the two fake ones below felt i had to, particularly steves one, obviously never dealt with this company,checking his profile he abuses everyone,never mind.

Less that 1 star of there was an option, lacked knowledge and understanding of what he was doing

What an awful company to do business with!

If you like to be falsely accused of running scams, despite providing all evidence to show such claims are utterly ludicrous and nonsense to anyone with even the slightest hint of common sense, then by all means deal with Grandrew.

Totally unprofessional from anyone acting in a work capacity to have a default position of accusing clients or suppliers of theft, but even worse when presented with all of the evidence to show that Grandrew were in fact the ones in the wrong and that their outlandish claims were completely unfounded, to continue with claims of running scams that would have had to have involved hundreds of people from multiple organisations to somehow defraud them of £200 when the payment was covered by Paypal beggars belief.

I can only assume from the way they deal with people in ludicrous conspiracy theories, that Grandrew must be members of the flat earth society or some other similar group.

What's ironic is that for a security company, their own web-site as of 1st Feb 2022 is not secure as highlighted by the large exclamation mark in the address bar. Thankfully I did not get in touch with them by using my contact details on their web-site, or else these could have been stolen easily by hackers.

If I were to do business with another security company in the future I would certainly look to work with one where they at least took security seriously enough not to risk leaking all of my personal details.
