They went above and beyond every step of the way. They even fixed a bodge that a previous company had done with the EV charger (I wish I'd known about Green Building Renewables when I was looking for an EV charger installer!).

The installers were knowledgeable and conscientious, I would 100% recommend them.

The office kept me up-to-date with progress at all stages. The installations team worked really hard to connect up my eleven solar panels and four batteries in two days. The job included running over 55 metres of thick cable from the outbuilding, through ducting that was buried in a trench, round the gable end and front wall of the house, in through a stone wall over half a metre thick and up to my electricity meter. All the cabling and wiring they did is neat and tidy, they left no mess and were a pleasure to have around the place. My solar panels are really efficient and look as if they will make a big difference to electricity costs in my all-electric house. If you're thinking of installing any green energy technology in your house, talk to Green Building Renewables first.

There is always a customer focus with this company. Even with a service, the engineer has time to explain things to you. We are pleased with everything they have done for us, from the original installation to the after care.

On the one year service of the ASHP it was easy to book in a service at a convenient time. Ryan the service engineer on the day was very polite and helpful.

We had a few quotes for solar panels before we settled on Green Building Renewables. I was impressed with how thorough and professional the company were from the initial estimate, the site visit for formal quote and installation. By far the best company we had quote. Also, the most competitive price.

The installation was quick and everything was left very tidy once completed. The guys made sure we understood how to use the app to view and manage our solar system.

Before we started working with Green Building Renewables, we found it very difficult to find accurate information on solar panel and battery installations. We were very pleased with how helpful the company were in explaining what was required and how the system would work in our property.

We have recently had a heat pump installed by Green Building Renewables and the service provided was reliant and efficient throughout the project.
All communications were dealt with by return, the contractors were polite and always left the property clean and tidy during the process. Excellent!

We had a 15 year old ICE Energy system that needed taking out and replaced with a Kenza system. The team from Green Building Renewables achieved this with the addition of fitting room by room thermostats so we had control from our phones for the first time ever. What a great experience - everyone involved was professional and friendly with special mention to Tom, Dave and Finn. The work was first class and I could not recommend the company more highly.

What I like about this company is they are on the ball all of the time yet remain very competitive. The staff are always approachable and knowledgeable. The office team knew everything that was going on with our installation and were totally flexible to fit around the issues arising from other areas of our overall project. On top of that the installation teams arrived on time with a smile on their faces and did a fantastic job for us. We are very pleased with the performance of the solar panels and storage batteries and are looking forward to the installation of the air sourced heat pump.
Overall I get the distinct impression that this is a very happy company and filled us with confidence with every contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Green Building renewables for any size of project as we got the impression they would handle any project big or small as effectively as they have ours.
