Service of Air source heat pump went smoothly and quickly a year and bit on from installation. Possibly on the expensive side when compared with oil boiler service that we had previously.

Our ASHP was installed by what was then Bright Green and is now part of GBR - the Daventry branch.
With some building works planned we asked for a radiator to be removed from our system and then we went into mission creep mode...
While doing that, having drained the system, could you please plumb in a couple of radiators we bought from elsewhere - oh yes, and supply a new radiator with towel rail. Oh, and by the way, could you move one of the bedroom radiators and replace two radiators in the main bedroom...
All taken in their stride, one radiator was "plumbed in" but not attached pending tiling behind - all done with minimal fuss, good communications, reasonable cost especially given the too-ing and fro-ing (by us).

The service provided by Nicky in the office in pulling the quote details together and pressing things forward has been excellent.

The installation team were also brilliant, such dedication in the recent hot weather was highly commendable. David, Ryan and Kingsley provided clear updates everyday. They worked with a level of attention to detail, which is so rare in the 21st century. It felt we received the installation that they would have delivered if they were working on their own homes. Truly awesome!

We are up to our third installation with Daventry team. They came back in November ‘22 to install two further panels and we are expecting them again in the next six to eight weeks to add two more batteries to the system.

Each time we have the same high quality and efficient experience.

To size, design and install a heat pump solution for the specific requirements of our property needed a team of experts - and that was what I got with Bright Green Renewables. Every individual I dealt with knew their stuff. They worked to schedule, managed expectations and followed through on handover. Given all the supply challenges of Covid, Brexit, etc I was surprised how smooth everything went. Thank you.

Mark and his team are fantastic, from initial enquiry to installation. After 10 years, our air source heating pump failed and as a school we needed to find someone to fix it promptly and efficiently. There was a delay in finding the heat pumps but this was an issue with Mitsubishi and not Bright Green Renewables.

The team were all extremely polite and kept us informed throughout the process. Now, I have their number, I will have no hesitation in contacting them again.

This company (previously Bright Green Renewables) fitted a shiny new Daikin system for us. Mark was very patient as I asked so so many questions before placing an order. Antwanette then expertly planned the install sending Richard and Matt in advance. Richard is incredibly knowledgable and also did the EPC. Again very patient with questions. Matt planned and delivered the install with his team. Matt could not have been more helpful. Going through options and patiently explaining why things would or would not work. His install team were polite, friendly, very hard working and, importantly, clean and tidy when they finished. They were so helpful with getting the entire old system out of the house where we could have it disposed of. Finally, after my having a play with the controls, Mark has just offered to come and do a post install visit to answer even more of my questions.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Daventry branch of Green Building Renewables.

I went to many companies and this one gave me the right feel and turned out to be absolutely trustworthy and honest.
