Ordered a kelkay water feature from them, no contact from them, couriers rang us and advised delivery. Checked the water feature the day after it arrived and my husband powered it up to confirm the pump and lights were working in case anything need to be returned. One light failed, tried numerous calls/website feedback forms and no response. Ended up going around in circles for a a bit after going direct to Kelkay and still waiting for a replacement light to be delivered nearly a month after arrival.

The service I received was abysmal. Having ordered and paid for a rounded table and bench on 3/6, for delivery 17/6, I was informed that a delay meant delivery would not occur until 16/7. This date came and went and despite emails I received no update until 20/7, when it was stated as delivered? However, later that day it eventually arrived, but straight not rounded, minus instructions and some screws.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Recycled 15cm lawn edging absolutely brilliant !!
the money I have wasted on log edging over the years.
I checked via email if it was okay to use a strimmer up to the edging (yes you can) thank you for speedy reply.
It was nice to have an option of a discount for multiple packs.
Goods arrived promptly, so easy to fit, and any cutting was with a saw. so easy.

I had 4 curved borders to do each about ten meters long,I started the first border with the edging straight out of the box in its rolled up condition. But it was quite difficult to control to go round the curves on the border probably due to the stresses of being rolled up for some time. The other problem was the pins do not go through the holes in the in the triangles, I tried the first one and had difficulty hammering it in on the second one I bent the pin trying to get it in. In the end I measured the pin, on the ground holding bit, and a 4mm drill bit was just right and allowed the pin through so i drilled out all the triangle holes with the 4 mm drill. This enabled me to push a pin in part way just to hold the triangles to make sure i got the curves right before I hammered or pushed the pins fully home. If I needed to remove or reposition a pin it was also easy to remove. For the second border in addition to drilling out all the holes to 4mm I also unrolled the edging and laid it out flat on the lawn with a weight at each end and left it out for a day and night. The edging was then very easy to control and and follow any curves. The brown edging looks brilliant in position and borders 3 and 4 willnow be a doddle. My recommendation to smart edge, to improve what is a very good product is to make the holes 4mm and suggest in the instructions to unroll the edging and lay it flat for a period of time before using.

Ordered an arch which had bits missing but these were sent on quickly by greenfingers when I contacted them. When we built the arch it was clear that one of the side panels was warped as we struggled to put it together straight. There was no issue with asking for, and receiving, a refund for this item from greenfingers, who were most apologetic.

The company cancelled my order after no delivery by mutual consent. If the company had updated me and not waited till I enquired about my order after 2 weeks and then after 4 weeks I would have been happier

Attracted to this product because of its eco friendly qualities. Easy to order online from Greenfingers and prompt delivery. Easy to fit. The 'pins' going into the ground, together with the natural weight of the edging pieces, produce a firm border. The edging pieces can be shortened with a standard woodsaw if necessary for the fit. Recommended.

Ordered a base and a playhouse, base arrived and I received details on how to book the playhouse delivery which was coming directly from the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer to find out the playhouse was out of stock with no date. I contacted greenfingers who advised there was no option but a refund. I replied to complain that they should have checked stock before sending the base as we had now put the base in place so could not return it. I got an email from PayPal to say I had been refunded for the playhouse. But no reply to my complaint which I felt was rude. I left a review on the base to say all of this then got an email saying thanks for my positive feedback, can I leave a review on trustpilot.......

I recently ordered 3 recycled rubber stepping stones. The site is easy to navigate, the order arrived swiftly and well packaged. The stepping stones are of a very good quality.
