Dirty buses, ripped seats, seat belts that don’t work or missing. Not a pleasant experience. Stations full of undesirable people. Plus was the staff in Nashville were great and extremely helpful.

I had an excellent experience on my FlixBus trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Nevada today. The bus was clean, the ride felt safe the entire time, and the overall atmosphere was professional and welcoming.

As a current truck driver and former city bus driver, I pay close attention to how operators handle their responsibilities—and Gustavo and his young co-driver truly stood out. I sat directly behind the driver’s seat and observed their focus, control, and calm presence throughout the trip. Gustavo and his co-driver delivers with confidence, discipline, and skill well beyond the young co-driver years.

Both drivers were courteous, warm, and attentive to passengers while maintaining strong time management and safety awareness. That balance is not easy to achieve, and they made it look effortless.

If FlixBus consistently delivers this level of service, they are setting a high standard in passenger transportation. I genuinely loved the experience.

The bus driver and the condition/ comfort of the bus was excellent

The bus driver, Kevin, was friendly, professional, and made our 5-hour trip to Ontario comfortable for all. The stops were well-spaced, the bus (van) was clean and comfortable, and we were on time. I'll be a repeat customer!

Greyhound made my travel superior. Very organized, very efficient, so happy.

I have fought in a war and been divorce twice , and in terms of suffering , greyhound was probably third...

Because of misinformation with the driver missed a bus and then instead of putting me back on a bus they charged me $130 to get a connecting bus just to get back on my itinerary and then on the second leg of my trip the bus breaks down was told that it would be there for at least 6 hours I had to go to the hospital for some medical treatment I got back 3 hours later and the bus was gone then I was stuck in Mount Shasta all night until 2:00 the next day and 30° weather on top of that they lost my baggage and went up to Seattle your customer service are absolutely horrible and helping with any kind of situation absolutely a horrible experience

Everything was good

Greyhound does not care about its customers at all. They only care about getting your money whether services are provided or not. Absolute garbage.

The bus was on time, clean, and the driver polite.Goos price for a short trip.

Solo comentar que para viajar a ver mis seres queridos se me dificultaba mucho porque en mi zona no creían hubiese autobuses pero cuando supe k había una oficina en mi localidad me emocioné y desde entonces viajo en estos transportes y ya no me tengo k preocuparme por ver a mis seres queridos gracias

This was my first time taking the greyhound/flixbus. I was nervous, but I felt safe 100%. Everyone was friendly and minded their own business, bus drivers were kind. I made sure to bring snacks, a jacket and my headphones. Make sure to bring those too!

Absolutely horrible experience someone should have warned me you. You sit at these dirty ass bus stations longer then your actually riding a bus. 24 hours to go 8 hours. Dirty buses with roaches. Dirty bus stations. I will rather walk or ride a bike than ever spend another dime with this pathetic company.

My wife and I are satisfied with our traveling experience with the FlixBus (Route 2115) from Vancouver to Bellingham on Apr 9, 2026. The FlixBus departure time was punctual. The bus driver was polite and helpful. He drove carefully for the whole journey from Vancouver to Bellingham. Thanks a lot!

I rated the driver and the cleanliness of his bus with five stars. Joe, the driver, is exceptional, demonstrating a high level of care for all passengers. He is consistently polite and friendly. However, the station's cleaning crew could improve the cleanliness of both the restrooms and the interior of the facility. Additionally, the station would benefit from some upgrades. Overall, the punctuality of the service is commendable.

Driver was nice and communicated clearly. She was also a good safe driver. Very professional and exhibited top notch driving skills!
