The most comfortable pillow you will ever use. The support to your head and neck is perfect, shaped to perfection. I could never sleep without it again , would recommend this supportive pillow to anyone

Your pillow is great! I tried the Epabo pillow first & yours is better. . Especially the adjustable pillow as I am small & being able to adjust it really helped.

I used to wake up every morning with a headache and a stiff neck and I went through many different pillows trying to find the perfect one. I came across groove pillows about three years ago and decided to give it a try. From the very first time I lay my head on the pillow, I knew it felt different and for the first time in forever, I woke up without a headache. I would not be without my special pillow and if I’ve been on holiday, I’m always delighted to come home and back to my pillow. I would highly recommend it for anyone who has headaches or neck troubles. Is extremely comfortable and also cool. I use silk pillowcase on mine highly recommended.

Stick with it -
It takes a couple of weeks to get fully comfortable but I would definitely not change the pillow. It's great. Even my husband has stuck with it!

Best quality

I’ve been trying numerous pillows for years and years and the Groove pillow was (another) treat to try and alleviate my constant neck pressure, tension and pain. I think it’s about finding what works for you because one pillow doesn’t suit everyone. The quality of this pillow is what really stands out, the memory foam is excellent, not too firm and definitely not too soft.
The groove in the middle isn’t as pronounced as it looks in photos, nor is it as low as it looks. If you are a back sleeper then this pillow is for you!

Unfortunately I’m not, I’m a side sleeper. And that’s where my issue is with this pillow. When I lay on my back with my head in the groove it’s very comfortable and makes me want to be a back sleeper! After 10 minutes or so I’ll turn onto my side and that’s where I struggle. I don’t get the same comfortable feeling when I’m on my side. I find I have to put my hand under the pillow to higher it a little to make it ‘fit’ my side sleep. I’m a man of average build, 5’8, so I’m not an unusual shape.
I feel this pillow was originally designed for back sleepers, then someone said as an after thought, ‘what about if you want to turn on your side?’ Then the design falters (for me) I would really appreciate a pillow that’s designed specifically for side sleepers, but you could also sleep on your back if needed. Please put the ‘Side Sleepers’ first! Great quality pillow, perfect for back sleepers, not so good for side sleepers.
And could do with being a little higher. Overall I’m still using it, it’s bounces back into shape excellently and the quality makes me want to keep giving it a go. I’m about 4 weeks in. Groove people, please design a pillow that feels as comfortable as this but specifically for us poor side sleepers.

I have spent a lot of money over the years trying to find the right pillow.
So I was a little reticent to spend yet another £30 on yet another pillow. I had been waking up with a really stiff and painful neck.
I am so glad I did because it is honestly the best purchase I have made. I love it. It almost seems as if it could not be comfortable but it is. I cannot praise it enough. I don't know how it works but it just does!

Takes time to adjust. I am a side sleeper and it is taking time to adjust and get a really comfortable position, I am still working on it. I would say that they are probably perfect for a back sleeper, sadly I can't sleep in this position. However I do think that these pillows are the best I have found after years of wasting money on others. The are very good quality and hopefully will last a long time .

This is the second one of these I've had. It was worth buying another, they work brilliantly for neck problems, I've had 2 cervical fusion operations. Since I'm now suffering with sleep apnoea and wearing a CPAP mask, I do have a slight problem with the pillow being a little soft when I move on to my side. CPAP and sleep Apnoea aside, this is a brilliant product

Zero neck pain in over a year
I used to wake up with neck pain, have neck spasms, and really tight traps all the time for years. It was frustrating and difficult to get to the bottom of this pain relief. Ever since I've used this pillow for the last 14 months I haven't had a SINGLE INSTANCE of neck pain, and my traps are way more relaxed. I bought one for my husband at the same time, and he was skeptical at first but gave it a try as well. His experience has been the same! I think keeping my head in neutral position all night finally allows my body and muscles to relax and recover each night. My husband and I will not share our pillows with anyone, because we cannot go a night without it. Absolutely worth every penny.

I love these pillows ... really miss them whenever we are away from home. Soft and comfortable - not at all hard like some other pillows I've tried that are like sleeping on a brick!

The adjustable cervical pillow works perfectly with my new mattress. I like that you can remove parts of it to fit your comfort needs. I would recommend this pillow.

Suffered from neck pain on and off for over 20 years and tried other ergonomic pillows with some success. Latest problem was a trapped nerve which really affected neck, shoulder and arm. Thought I would try another pillow just incase it would help. Groove pillow is better than last ergonomic brand which I had persevered with for 20 years. Neck feels well supported, while it is soft enough against the back of my head. Also more reasonably priced than my last brand. I would recommend a try as it’s not a lot of money wasted if it’s not for you.

After seeing many adverts for the Groove Pillow, i was sceptical but i have had many good nights sleep and it has almost eradicated my neck stiffness.

I decided to purchase the original Groove pillow after researching many brands. I am a side sleeper and was aware of constant tossing and turning (using 2 standard pillows) during the night and more often than not waking up feeling tired and with a sore neck. I also tend to snore. It took a few nights to adapt to the Groove pillow, but I have to say my sleep is definitely more restful and I don’t wake with a sore neck. Only 4 stars as it doesn’t seem to alleviate the snoring which I hoped it would

The Groove pillow has given me a better night's sleep ever since I started using one a couple of years ago. I rarely wake up now with severe neck pains or headache as I used to with ordinary pillows. At 77 I was surprised I could find such relief.

Although the pillow is harder than expected, my neck pain has stopped and I am sleeping better

i have tried many different pillows for my neck pain over the years and this is the first one that i have used that actually helps. Side Sleeper or back sleeper it helps with both issues for the best support.

I have purchased a groove pillow for my therapy room to aid relaxation and comfort.
After trying the pillow I have selfishly decided to keep it for myself. It is better than my regular nearly £ 100 pillow.
Delivery was also quick. I am very impressed and will be buying again:)
