Excellent all round!
Slept on a Highgrove Regency Natural 1500 mattress last week in a hotel. Loved it! Couldn't seem to find many stockists, Grove Bedding had great reviews so we went with them. Ordered online on Friday, got a call on Monday, delivery arranged for Thursday, delivery driver called on the way, said 11am and was spot on time! Superb service, especially as the company appears to be in Scotland and we are down south. Congratualations Grove Bedding, we think you are the best and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you, or the mattress (which we love), in fact we already have!

One of the best product purchasing experiences ever!
The whole experience was first class to be honest. Nice well lit store and a friendly greeting. Prices seemed perfectly fine and the whole process from browsing to ordering, to receiving was just so easy and pleasant.
We will 100% use them again in future.

Perfect service for my elderly Mother.
This bed frame was made to order for my mother as she needed a very low height base. Bernadette helped her through the process and took measurements of what was actually needed rather than just trying to sell a bed, like the main stream shops do. Quick and friendly service and excellent quality bed frame. The old base was taken away and the new one was installed. Her old headboard was fitted as part of the job.

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review!
We’re really pleased to hear your mother was well looked after and that Bernadette could guide her through the process with the care and attention it deserved. We believe in finding the right solution for each customer — not just selling a product — so it’s lovely to hear that came across.
We’re glad everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Bernadette and the team.
Thanks again,

Everything as agreed. Uplift of old bed no bother. Helpful assistants. I didn't have to do anything, unlike other companies which wanted uplfted beds to be dismantled.
