Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Continual calls from an AI person who did not seem to understand details like the fact that the process had already been completed - two days in succession after completion.

Really easy to deal with

Really easy to deal with, came up with ideas to help manage my overall credit commitments and processed everything quickly and professionally. Kwame was great and helped throughout the process.

Tom was very helpful and went through the steps easily to understand my agreement, there was problems going through the agreement loan, am so grateful it went through, I appreciate it.
