I am seriously blown away by the quality of the lifting belt I bought from Gunsmith. It’s crazy good, used it for a home gym back session today. Fits well, is great quality, robust and adds great support.
Post Lockdown 2.0 I can’t wait to test it out in the gym.
Delivery was swift too, I now have my eyes on the resistance bands 💪🏻👍🏻

I would like to pass on my thanks for an excellent experience with Gunnsmith Fitness. Firstly the ordering process was very easy and my order arrived in the time frame specified. When my order did arrive there was a slight issue with one of the products. When i contacted Gunnsmith the level of customer service was first rate and they rectified the problem without hesitation. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the high level of customer service. Thank you very much.

I have been completely blown away by two main aspects of Gunsmith Fitness. Firstly, the quality of the products are amazing. I got a pair of knee sleeves from them and they are by far the best knee sleeves I have ever used. I am not a professional lifter or anything, but I would recommend these to anyone. Secondly, the customer service is phenomenal. I had a couple of issues with shipping (not Gunsmiths fault at all), and they went above and beyond to make sure that i was taken care of. They have definitely won over a lifetime customer and brand ambassador. They truly are amazing.

If I could double my rating in stars, I would. Gunsmith Fitness designed my husband’s weightlifting belt so wonderful, we are both so in love with it. Their communicative skills and design are like non other, and on top of it the belt is such high quality we are very impressed and thankful for the opportunity to order with them.
Definitely will be recommending this business to others.

This company was the biggest lifesaver. My dad has been trying to get a custom belt for almost a year and we had yet to find a company. In Between January and February, I found Gunsmith and I read custom belts. Like everyone else, I sent an email hoping that they could help. AND THEY COULD MAKE THE BELT!!!!! We made the order and put on specifications for the belt. We remained in contact until they sent me the outline and again. We double checked the sizing and design and it was verified and sent to production. After a few weeks, Coronavirus hits and we know that this will make everything take longer. After the 6-8 weeks passed I sent two email asking the status but didn’t hear anything back, which is expected because COVID. After a week I received an email that I had a package on the way. The belt got here yesterday and it is beautiful and perfect.

I purchased some occlusion bands and my 2nd session the spring came loose and wouldn't fasten tight. It's just one of those things that happens. So I contacted them through Instagram and had a response in less than an hour! Really sound guy and he apologised. Offered a replacement to be sent out there and then with next day delivery. As promised I received my new bands before lunch the following day. Absolutely incredible customer service and a credit to your brand. Great products too so thankyou 🙌 highly recommended

The quality and the attention to detail is just amazing.i will never use any other brand after these.
Customer service is next to none, quick response from staff and super fast delivery.

I have used several products from gunsmith including belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps and straps and always go to them when I want something else to help my training.

I am so impressed with the belt Gunsmith Fitness made for me, it arrived today and was well worth the wait!

It is such a fine piece of craftsmanship. It arrived boxed, in a nice carry bag and it smells amazing too. I would not hesitate to recommend their products to others.

My belt fits like a glove, and I can’t wait to start lifting with it. It feels solid AF with the double prong and will handle some serious bracing during heavy squats and deadlifts.

His Reply speaks for itself!...The Design OF COURSE was discussed as it should be when paying for it so how would that be a "Red Flag"? Again UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

So I will NOW Show you the emails I ACTUALLY Received...Even the one he sent me AFTER I gave my HONEST Review! Bearing in mind I never ONCE stated the Belt I received was Unacceptable JUST His Customer Service!....

27th December I asked
"Do you know how long my purchase order would be yet Please?"
Simple Question I thought as it said COULD be UP TO 6-8 weeks... to which he replied "Towards the end of January"...Fair enough!...
Then on 15th January I emailed
to say "Do you know how much longer it will be yet please? I just hoped it might have been here by now as it was a Xmas present...Thank You"...

His Reply..."Why would you think it would be here by now? It CLEARLY States 6-8 weeks!"
So I thought it was a Bit Rude & Unprofessional to send an email like that...But I waited till 27th January hoping it might have been sent off with it being 8 weeks on 31st Jan & sent him another email saying...
"Now it is the end of January so please tell me when It is going to arrive...?"
"I found your last email rude & not very Professional tbh...I'm hoping to receive it within the next week...Thank You".....So he replied "Jacqui the 31st of January is Still the End Of Jan...I found YOUR last email to be Rude & not very Professional tbh. I'll let you know as soon as we send it (which he didn't btw)...
So I replied "GOOD...I don't need to be Professional...You have a Business Reputation to hold not me!....
You have till 5th Feb 8 weeks My Kindest Regards"...
To which he replied...
Ok so being rude is fine then?...The Timeframe is Clearly mentioned at numerous steps In the Process.
If we have to remind people numerous times it takes time that could be better spent actually making Products...

Anyway after my HONEST Review on here to which I entitled he's just sent me ANOTHER Email saying...
"Hey Jacqui Thanks for the review. If you're not happy with the belt you recieved in the timeframe CLEARLY Specified on the Website you can send it back for a full refund...Regards (no name btw at all)...
So I replied....(sorry if your'e Bored by now! Lol)...
I did NOT State I was unhappy with the Belt in my review...I Stated I was unhappy with "The man" I was dealing with! & they are the Worst Company I've ever dealt with in my life & Maybe they need to listen to ALL The other Bad Customer Service reviews as well...& that some people are just born that way unfortunately & how they keep in Business I'll never know...
My reply was...
"Jacqui...You're the worst customer I've ever had"! You clicked a button to acknowledge the order where it states 6-8 weeks (it did... but this all started from him more or less saying "I shouldn't have emailed him to ask if he knew how much longer it might be?)"
Then send numerous emails (2) asking for updates...(when my item was expensive why shouldn't i)...Each time he said "becoming more UNPLEASANT... (Errrr HIS where)...
"You got the belt in the Timeframe we originally specified.
We have plenty of great reviews but sometimes get the Odd DREADFUL Customer (RUDE!!!)...

Can’t knock the customer service, great communication from the guys around orders & also recommendations on products. The products really are high quality 🙌🏽 I’ve got a belt, the new BFR bands & mobility band set and everything honestly is spot on 👌🏽

I ordered a custom belt from Gunsmith Fitness about 2 months ago. Although waiting a decent amount of time, the wait was well worth it ( you cant rush perfection!! ). The belt is gorgeous, supple, adjustable, and fits like a glove. I told Gunsmith that it was so beautiful that i didnt want to wear it, just put it in a glass case and display it as art. Unfortunately, im putting this BAD BOY to WORK!! I suggest getting the hook and lever style closure ( extremely secure & easy to open/ close ). Rest assured your money will be well spent. I also ordered the bench blaster reflex to assist with my shoulder surgery recovery...very good quality as well. P.S., Ive had custom belts made in the States, this one puts it to shame. Thanks again, Gunsmith Crew, you guys/girls are the samurais' of the custom weight belt world!!

Exceptional customer service.
I was sent the wrong belt initially. Easy mistake as it was the right belt but wrong buckle.
I emailed customer service at approx. 8:30 in the evening and honestly wasn’t expecting a response until the next working day. Within literally 5 mins I had a response that they had already dispatched the correct belt. Fantastic.
I was refunded the cost of posting the original belt back.
I also recently asked what type of product to use on the belt to maintain it as best as possible and received a response in less than a minute.

Fantastic customer service. A lot of other companies should follow in your approach.

Regarding the belt. Easily the best bit of gym equipment I have bought. And I have a lot. Logically and financially it makes sense getting a Gunsmith belt. They’re guaranteed for life and are extremely reasonably priced for the quality of the product. That’s great value for money. You can’t go wrong.

No I was not paid for this review in anyway. Not even provided with any free products. Just an extremely happy customer that was incredibly surprised by both the quality of the product for the price and also the customer service received.

Amazing Customer Service!!

I have used Gunsmith Fitness for my last few orders and can not recommend them enough.

From design phase of my personalised belt to the numerous direct messages to and from about there products and my needs for them. They have been and continue to be by far the best customer service team and best quality of product i have received from a company for so long.

They are a company that cares for there customers and this really shows!

Amazing company and will continue to use for a very long time.

I've been a weightlifter for over 20 years and have bought and tried many belts over those years. The quality and craftsmanship of The APEX belt I bought is bar none. Even with the exchange rate for Canadian into British pounds l felt I still got a deal. The same belt can be customized on Pioneer Belts and costs almost a 100 dollars more. I highly recommend these guys as their customer service is also top rate.

I have ordered several products from these guys and they are not only reasonably priced but of fantastic quality!!

Recently due to a courier issue (not gunsmiths fault) I emailed them and a new order was dispatched straight away and the communication throughout was fast and friendly.

I cannot recommend gunsmith fitness enough and will certainly continue to use them in the future.

I bought a pair of Power Grips, as I found my grip strength was severely limiting the amount of weight I could pull when training my back. Gunsmith's grips are tasteful brown leather on black rubber and velcro, maintaining the cool aesthetic seen on other products. They look good.

I've done three "back days" since purchase and have found the Power Grips an excellent aid. They are easier to use than standard straps, as with straps I could easier wrap the first one on the bar but would struggle to adequately wrap the second when using only one hand. The leather fold-over on Power Grips is much shorter and retains a "curl over" position after bunching it in your palm, making it a simple matter to wrap around the bar with only one hand.

Power Grips also have a solid rubber support around the wrist and the angle of force against the bar is perpendicular and thus aligned with my skeleton. I never experienced a lop-sided pull against one side of my wrist like I sometimes do with straps.

So, Power Grips solved all of the problems I'd been having with straps, and the Gunsmith grips are of good build quality and aesthetic design. Highly recommended.

Simply incredible. It really was a premium experience ordering the belt, I ordered a custom one and we exchanged the same day some renderings of how it would be done, I approved and only then they started producing It, amazing experience
