My first order there was an item missing i emailed straight away and customer service couldnt be more helpful they refunded me straight away as the top sadly went out of stock and wasnt updated but the skirt was absolutely stunning and luckily the next day the top was in stock so made a new order and recieved so quick , will 100% order again

Absolutely beautiful clothing that looks exactly as advertised and customer service was really helpful when I made a mistake with the sizing. I would highly recommend Gypsabella.

My package arrived very quickly and I was so impressed with the quality of the product, looks exactly like the photo (maybe even better). Will definitely be purchasing from here more often, they do constant deals to make it more affordable too.

WOW … first time ordered and I was so worried would not fit. The fitting is perfect no tight elastic waist it doesn’t dig in. I got the Amari maxi skit. And it’s so flatttering its gave me confidence and I feel like now I don’t want to shop anywhere else. Thank you GYPSABELLA !!! It really flatters my curves and I will be ordering again !!! Xxx

I have been ordering from Gypsabella for 6 years now however received an item recently that was £50 and came covered in make up I emailed them and after a week still had no response, so I messaged the WhatsApp number on the page and after 2 days still haven't had a response. I've been waiting 10 days now for a response to organise a return however I have been completely ignored when it states on the website that they will respond within 2 days. I have commented on the Instagram page but no doubt that will be deleted. The customer service is none exsistent and clearly they are happy to take your money but not return it! Won't be ordering from them again and they have lost a longtime customer.

Quality of clothes is outstanding!! I purchased the Mia leopard senorita skirt, it came next day! At no extra cost. Definitely a summer holiday and festival staple. Thank You 🐆 for my first of many purchases

At this point over half my wardrobe is gypsabella! They just create the most gorgeous unique pieces! Love love love ❤️

I had a pre order, it came exactly when it was estimated. Reliable shipping and emails to update you. Only downfall, I payed quite a lot and the quality of the items doesn’t match the price. Beautiful looking, but feels scratchy on skin and quite cheap quality considering what you’re paying for and how it looks on the website. Might end up in a rash after wearing my items

Every time I order off gypsybella the quality of the clothes are absolutely amazing perfect fits and no matter what I always feel so comfortable in there outfits most beautiful designs too xx

First time ordering, my order was a pre-order for new stock in, orders for these items was not being posted til the 21st July which was made very clear on an email, I contacted customer service as I needed the top for 19th, my top arrived on 18th so for me this is amazing service would recommend a million percent!

It was my first time ordering; (Capri windbreaker set) the website was easy to work. Instructions very clear. My order was a pre-order and it was definitely worth the wait. It arrived on the estimated date. And can I say how AMAZING the product is. Unbelievable girls. The quality is unmatched to anywhere else.

Appalling customer service with zero understanding or flexibility.
Sizing is way off standard UK sizing which they take zero accountability for.
Just another cheap ‘insta’ brand.

Lovely online boutique with really individual fashion which is great . I hadn’t realised when I ordered that my item was on preorder ( my mistake ) but customer services responded to my email immediately with an update regarding delivery which was spot on . When I’ve received my garment it is stunning , well worth the wait !!

Extremely Disappointing – Scam Behavior

I was suddenly charged customs fees, which were never mentioned beforehand — not even in the shipping information. On top of that, there’s absolutely no way to get in touch with them. They claim Instagram isn’t monitored, yet they post there every single day. My messages are completely ignored, both on Instagram and WhatsApp.

If you read the negative reviews, you’ll see this isn’t a one-off — it’s a clear pattern. They present a polished image to the outside world, but what you receive is the kind of quality you’d expect from AliExpress. Absolutely disgraceful.

I believe in karma — and people who run shady businesses like this will get what’s coming to them eventually.

Scammers. Don’t fall for it.

You need gypsabella in your wardrobe! I’m on my third outfit from here and I honestly would buy them all , I love seeing there new releases and the quality is 10/10

My two wind breaker tracksuits are perfect can’t wait to wear them at festival, absolutely stunning the material is perfect on both. What a lovely service and good business. Some lovely unique pieces.

I accidentally ordered the same outfit twice, sent an email to the customer service & WOW what a fast helpful response. They cancelled the duplicate for me & reassured me was not a problem, happy to help!
The outfit I ordered was STUNNING, but unfortunately a little to big so have sent back, but the quality of the product was amazing. Due to all of this I would recommend to everyone, couldn’t fault & will be ordering again without a doubt!
