You cannot get a refund, they refuse and give a poor excuse as to why. Stay well away! They make up their own T&Cs and just completely ignore the law regarding returning unwanted items. Absolute scammers!!!

I had the clothes delivered in November and I really stand out with each piece. Always getting compliments and where I got them from. Very quality too. Love love loveeee❤️❤️

I have never written on Trustpilot before, but I felt I had to share my experience this time.

The clothes themselves are lovely, which makes this even more disappointing. I had actually seen negative reviews about their returns process online, but chose to ignore them and place an order anyway — which I now regret.

The returns system has been terrible. I followed the instructions exactly and even paid extra for tracked and signed delivery to make sure the item reached them. Despite this, I’ve been told there are “no notes or updates” on my return, which makes it feel like they are simply choosing not to acknowledge it.

There has been very little communication, and I’ve been left chasing my own refund with no clear answers.

At this point, I would not order from Sorelle again, and I would strongly warn others to be cautious — especially if you think you may need to return anything.

Do not shop here if there is a chance you need to return your items.

Sent my items back as per their returns policy, luckily they confirmed via email (only after I asked for confirmation) that they received my return & that I would need to wait 28 days for my refund.

It has now been 5 weeks since I returned the products & have received no refund & they have ignored 3 of my emails now. I have emailed & explained that this will be reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice if no response is received within a week. I am still waiting on that response.

I’m so happy with my order! The pieces I chose really stood out to me because they were so unique compared to other swimwear I’d seen online. I ordered the sparkly bikini for my 30th birthday as I wanted something a bit special for celebrating, and it ended up being the perfect choice. I also ordered a two-piece set which I absolutely love.

It looked stunning on and the material was really comfortable and flattering, which made me feel so confident wearing it. I had so many lovely compliments when I wore it.

The sizing was also really accurate which made ordering online so easy. I also love that the website offers so many different colours and unique styles that you don’t tend to see everywhere else. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I’ve ordered from Sorelle several times over the years for holidays, birthday outfits, and other special occasions. Their outfits never disappoint and they will remain a brand I always buy from!! ❤️

Zero customer service, Zero refund after 35 days!

I use sorelle for every event and holiday. Outfits always come as shown online and look even better in person, next day delivery is always guaranteed and comes right on time.

I always order from sorelle, all of my events/night out dresses are from here. The quality and attention to detail is 10/10 and never had a fault. The embellished dresses don’t lose any stones and the material is good quality. I’ve referred many friends and strangers here from what they’ve seen of my outfits.

Do not but this product. They take yr money and keep taking funds from your account. Customer service don’t reply and when they do they say they can’t do anything to help.

Terrible returns process. This company makes it very difficult to return an item. Their website does not allow you to start a return yourself. I had to contact them and was told to return my item via Royal Mail second class post which I did costing me to return the item. They then asked to allow 28 days to process the return. Once the 28 day window was over no return was started and my emails were ignored. I am still waiting for my refund.

Absolutely love Sorelle ! made a recent purchase on a dress! I also got my birthday dress from them 2 years ago . Super fast delivery too. I always get compliments when I wear their clothes! will be shopping here always!

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with Sorelle UK.
After ordering multiple items to try on for my hen do’s, keeping some but returning two dresses tried on at the exact same time and conditions, they refunded one but accused me of returning the other as “unsellable due to body odour.” No details were given, and the dress is a halter-neck, backless design that doesn’t even sit under the arms—which I presumed was the area they were referring to, as no other explanation was given. When I tried to seek clarification, the staff asked ridiculous questions—expecting me to explain how to photograph a smell. Their responses were rude, sarcastic, and completely irrelevant. I am now £50 out of pocket for a dress I returned in perfect condition. I believe their customer service is a complete joke, and I believe their returns process is a complete scam. Avoid this company at all costs. I will NOT be purchasing from here again.

outfits are poor quality and the return process is horrific!!! no direct portal and not straightforward. return denied as they stated id worn the outfit. was never even removed out of the package let alone tried on, multiple emails and denied it wasnt up for dispute WASTE OF TIME!!! just clothes from other online shops with there tag on

I love sorelle, all of their designs and products are stunning, such perfect fitting and always a head turner when wearing anything from sorelle.
I recently bought a dress here and it was to perfection, couldn’t have made a better decision. Felt so beautiful.
My sister also had her dress, which again fit perfectly and gave us the most stunning figures.

Ordered and came really quickly.
All fit so well as well, really pleased with my orders 😍

Sorelle has a range of sparkly dresses and I wanted something special for New Year’s I found a lovely dress which looks like the 1920 flapper girl style and I haven’t seen something like this anywhere else. I absolutely love the outfit (It even came with a matching bag)

I really don't want to write this review as I'm not a type of person to complain ,but feel I do have to warn others of this company,
I ordered 2 outfits and returned within 5 days as the items were to small,
That was on the 29th Jan,they received them on the 2 and Feb ,on the 16th Feb I sent an email asking about my refund,
They replied the day after saying I had to at least wait 28 day,
I have emailed them twice since and still not had my refund,
I'll be going to trading standards,
Just want people to be aware of this.
I had no option to put 0 stars or I would have.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was promised a refund within the stated time frame, and that deadline has come and gone with absolutely no sign of my money. No proper communication, no updates, and no accountability.
It’s beyond frustrating to be told one thing and then completely ignored. I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get vague responses with no real answers. When a company can’t stick to their own refund policy, it seriously makes you question their professionalism and integrity.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away. Completely unacceptable service
