I am trying to relocate to Kent area and made an enquiry with Haart Ashford branch. I had the pleasure to make contact with their employee, Charlotte Rowlands. Charlotte was kind, considerate, friendly and had a vast knowledge of the property rental market. She was thoroughly professional and has excellent communication skills. Her energy levels were contagious and I felt right at home immediately after we made contact. Charlotte arranged a viewing for my family and I in short notice and, when she realised I had a long journey to attend, offered alternatives to ensure I could get back on the road home in a timely fashion. She was especially great with my young 3 year old daughter when we met and completely made her feel at ease and comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for her due diligence and lovely personality. She should be proud of her hard work ethic and creating a friendly environment for customers. Thank you Charlotte

We have had exceptional service from this company for several years. During this unpresented time March 2020 our local branch in Ashford Kent have been Exceptional! Our contact Joshua White was amazing! Because of social distancing he visited us twice from a suitable distance and achieved an amazing job of completing a letting for an NHS worker with all references completed in record time (less than a week during lockdown) Amazing achievement.

My review will be split into two parts:
1. When I didn't have any problems with paying off payments and freshly moved in, Ashford surrey haart team definitely worth 5 start for theyr service quality.

2. As soon my situation has changed and I have became a single, full time working mother. They couldn't offer what it would be more suitable for my situation and that what they offered wasn't suitable at all for mother with a newborn, as well haven't received any advice and haven't felt any willingness to help for me in a situation - specifically it would be Colin from Haart in Ashford in Surrey. My opinion, people who says " I will do" but does nothing about it are not a best leader for the team. Every tenant should be treated as a person but not an addition to their bonus payments at the end of the month.
