DO NOT USE HAART EVER, IF YOU ARE LETTING A PROPERTY IN BRISTOL.!!!!!!!! I have never met a more incompetent and useless team as the Bristol, Clifton team, they have no idea what they are doing, they seem unable to answers the simplest question and completely miss managed my house leaving to the clients staying 3 days extra, which I had to tell them about. They still owe me a months rent and the boy who was looking after my house, Maxim, seems unable to do the simplest tasks and is unable to answer more than one question at a time, these people are totally useless. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

They made every effort to ensure the buying process was as quick and simple as it could be. Many thanks Adrian for all your work.

Avoid. Horrible experience from start to finish. They never replied to emails, hung up on phone calls, lied about viewings and gave no feedback on the ones that did go ahead. When we finally terminated the agreement they conveniently ‘lost’ the keys. Dreadful.

Without the help of the team in the Haart office in Whiteladies Road we would not be in the position we are today, which is a week to moving to our new home and starting a new chapter in our lives. Thanks for all your help and achieving what others couldn't and that was selling our property. Thank you Ellie for arranging all the viewings and finally a buyer, Thank you to Thomas who kept talks going between us and our buyer and finally to Adrian who dealt with the end result. The whole team, worked as a team, were always friendly and kept us up to date with progress. Would definitely recommend

If I could give this a zero rating I would. Haart were so unprofessional in their performance to sell our home, it has left a very, very bad taste in our mouths.

Given that the economic environment was already strained (due to Truss) Haart made the selling process excruciatingly and exponentially worse by their conduct>

We will be telling anyone that we know looking to sell their property to go nowhere near them

Well what can i say. Outstanding service from oliver at haart bristol branch. Very polite well mannered and above all he kept us updated every step of the way about the sale of our house. If it wasnt for him i dont think we would of sold it. Keep up the good work oliver your an asset to the company.

Very happy with how the team at haart, they have gone above and beyond to assist us in letting out new home! Good communication all the way and very friendly, honest service.

Haart Clifton, Bristol sales!

If I could give less than 1 star I totally would, we placed our home up for sale with Haarts. Don’t do it! Two estate agents left after we signed the agreement for a large amount, more than they should be charging for such a poor service. We were promised the world and given nothing. No advertisement other than right move, that we could see. Our house pictures were of a poor quality, taken in the night by the estate agent himself. The advertisement for the property a shambles, reaching No one, as pictures of the house disappeared within weeks alongside the house itself upon the haart website.

We were introduced to a family and accepted a offer upon the home, that’s when it went down hill. Bearing in mind this is the CLIFTON office with high cost to our service, it was appalling. The two estate agents left within a short time of each other, our contact person was in Torquay and never present. We were not told until they had left, reasons unknown. The Torquay agent hardly gave any feedback and in my words basically didn’t help the sell as she never communicated with us much during the initial process. We had to pull out of the process as alongside the sale she was so appalling, lacked dialogue, shabby service, too expensive for doing nothing, we did the most of the work and went overboard. The process was exhausting and added unnecessary stresses to a house move. Haart isn’t a reliable agent in selling your home and I would never recommend them to anyone. They also took a deposit for a in house solicitor and now have failed to give a refund to us, making up numerous excuses.

I again state ‘do not’ use this company it is totally inappropriate, inadequate and lacked people/interpersonal skills.
