I am writing to report how appalled I am by a letter I have received from one of your employees, suggesting I should sell my home to someone “more in need of it.”

I’m not sure what marketing strategy Haart is hoping to achieve here, but if I wanted to sell my property I would put it on the market.

At no point in reading this letter did I think, “ah yes, I’ll sell up on my property after spending my entire adult life working to afford it”, regardless of how in need of the local area Felicia is.

There are dozens of property’s for sale in this area, trying to convince people out of their homes is a completely unethical marketing strategy.

Excellent service from Amber Ince at haart Doncaster

We have had an excellent experience with Amber Ince while purchasing a property through haart Doncaster.

From our first enquiry and viewing through to negotiating the purchase and having our offer accepted, Amber has been friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Communication has been clear and prompt throughout, and she has made this part of the buying process feel straightforward and far less stressful than we expected.

We are still progressing through the conveyancing stage, but based on our experience so far, Amber absolutely deserves five stars. Thank you for all your Help :)

Avoid this estate agents. Other than the sales pitch to get my custom from a lady called Sarah who i would say is a very good salesperson, i feel i have been robbed £1000s of pounds from the worst estate agents ive come across. My property was vacant and i handed spare keys to the estate agent to do all viewings in December 2025. They did not do one viewing by always saying they had no one available and could i be there to do it. They havnt stepped foot in my apartment once. I sold my property in February 2026, and they didn't even sell my property as the person that bought mine was a friend of a viewer who private messaged me to see if she could come look. we arranged this between ourselves. The communication was poor to the point where again me and the buyer had to communicate for updates and to chase solicitors from both ends. Something what Haart should have done, especially given the amount of money they charge for their service. To make it worse, Hidden charges in solicitors fees to be paid to Haart making this total over 4000 pound and im still questioning now, what i paid them for???

My Partners house was also on the market with them and we have now withdrawn. The lack of knowledge, the lack of communication, the lack of motivation to want to sell your property.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I popped into the branch to book some viewings last week for a couple of properties we were interested in. We were greeted by a bubbly, friendly member of staff who was only too happy to help. We had the viewings yesterday evening, she took the time to show us around the home, pointing out things & letting us take our time. There was no rushing, and she was happy to answer any questions we had. We’ve now made an offer for one of the properties & hoping this will become our dream home. Amber has been the best in terms of communication, keeping us up to date & calling back when she said she would. A great effort & looking forward to buying the house soon.

These guys trawl the housing platforms then try and poach business from other Agents. I had a hand written note posted to me stating they had a buyer for my house. The note was from Rebecca, I called but was told she was out - I was basically told that they couldn't engage with me whilst I had an agent - so I asked the question why they had contacted me? I was told they did have potential buyer blah blah blah. So basically they want your current agent to do all the work, come out, value, photograph, take calls, do viewings and then get ditched unpaid....oh yeah Im really gonna trust a company like that. Apparently 'Rebecca' does this a lot in my area but to date nobody has managed to speak to her. Avoid.

Wanted to say a massive thank you to sarah banks at haart doncaster branch, my house went live a week later ive got an acceptance letter for someone to buy. Tied in nicely as were buying again and sarah is sorting it all out for me & my partner. Very professional and helpful. Cant wait to complete thank you

I had several viewings booked to look at different properties around Doncaster. (Armthorpe, Bessacarr Lakeside specifically) I arrived at the first property and waited for the estate agent for 15 minutes before calling to check if everything was ok and to see if she was stuck in traffic.

The person who answered said they would call me back within 10 minutes. When they eventually called back, they told me that all of my viewings had been cancelled.

I received no communication beforehand, no phone call, email, or text message — to inform me of the cancellations. I was only told after I had already arrived and waited.

This was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. I had booked a day off work specifically to attend these viewings.

We recently signed up with haart to sell our property and everything has been so easy! Nicola Senior is fantastic at her job, she has done everything efficiently and professionally, nothing is ever to much trouble and the listing of our property looks amazing! Thanks again to haart and especially Nicola

Nichola Senior has been professional, patient, and has a talent for taking great pictures. It's these pictures that will help to get potential buyers through the door. She has been informative and helpful, but not pushy. I trust the years of experience, success and modern methods with Nicola and the rest of her team, to help sell my property. I am very impressed with the service so far, and happy to recommend Haart in Doncaster.

Disappointing Long-Term Experience

While the 5-star reviews may reflect the initial stages—encouraging sellers to leave positive feedback early on with the hope of a successful sale—the long-term experience has been deeply disappointing.

I’ve had my house in DN12 listed with Haart for over a year now. Despite some early promise, the customer service has been poor. There have been no viewings in over three months, and they’ve failed to market the property effectively on key platforms.

Worse still, three offers have fallen through due to Haart not carrying out proper financial checks. I’ve wasted valuable time and money on solicitor fees as a result. My formal complaint was never properly followed up, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I cannot fault this Company! From the moment Nicky stepped through my front door to the exchange of contracts and completion - absolutely superb! This whole situation was completely new to me and I had a number of anxieties. But I needn't have worried as I was in the best hands from start to finish. Both Sarah and Rebecca were just at the end of a phone with advice and support....and Nicky was an absolute STAR! With her amazing social skills and patience, she put me at ease from the first encounter; made time for me, answered all my questions clearly, and even called in as she was passing later on to see how things were progressing! Her care, compassion and professionalism are second to none! And that, coupled with the utter care and professionalism from Rebecca and Sarah ensured everything went so very smoothly with no sleepless nights! I cannot recommend Haarts highly enough! Very expensive fees compared to other estate agents in the area but Ken (sales man) turns up and promises excellent service, sounds really good but a mortgage company will only give a mortgage on what the property is actually worth so don’t be fooled by price you will get, as for the service they promised it never happens, they was never available for viewings, did 2 viewings in the whole process, their communication is next to none, didn’t even bother telling us a surveyor was coming, some of the things we have been told are complete lies which I have proof of, sold houses before but this has to be the most messed up sale ever, none of the staff communicate with each other, don’t return calls, what should have been a straight forward sale is now going into 5 months with the dates we have been given for completion, I’d save your money and go elsewhere because their service does not match their prices they are charging, most stressful sale ever

We were shown a property by Nic in Finningly although we didn't buy the property we wanted to say a big thank you to her for answering all our questions during the visit, nothing was too much trouble and done with a smile. It was very much appreciated and helped us make further decisions with this huge change, shame there are not more like her.
