Ben showed us around the property and was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He was really friendly and answered all of our questions.

Ben has been fantastic throughout my house search. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and regularly sent through multiple property options that matched my requirements. He also kept in touch with regular check-ins, which made me feel supported and reassured throughout the process.

I’m really grateful for all of his help and guidance so far, and I’m pleased to have his support as I move forward with purchasing my new home.

Had Autumn recently value my property. I found her to be very polite and professional. She explained everything to me and brought me evidence of how she came to the valuation. I would definitely use Haart in Ely and Autumn’s services again.

They have problem in Ely branch no one answers the phone, eventually goes through to main switchboard. Changed mind after this.!!!! Obviously no good for selling your property.

Olivia and Scott were very helpful and friendly. Olivia was by far the best estate we have ever dealt with.

I have been in contact with Callum regularly over the recent weeks while we have been looking for our next house, Callum has always been friendly and helpful.
Although Callum’s colleague (Oliwia - who is also very helpful) has shown us a couple of houses we met with Callum yesterday - he was very professional and knowledgeable, he had a good knowledge about the house we viewed and the circumstances of the family who are selling the house.
