Where do I even start!
We have had the key’s since 22/11/2022.

On 9/11/2022 we viewed the property in the dark as the electricity was not working apparently.

On 17/11/2022 I emailed the Greenford estate agents asking for a second viewing so we could see the property properly in light before signing the contract, I was told that they do not have the keys as apparently a window company had them.

After numerous of telephone calls with the team at Greenford we still did not get a second viewing & was rushed into signing the contract. We was told in so many word “sign the contract and you can view it as much as you want”. As this being our first home together, we were pressured into just getting this done by the estate agents, I even emailed asking if we could delay it a couple of days until my partner came back from working away. This email was ignored and that same evening we was sent a notification to submit documentation and sign the contract etc.

Getting the key’s on 22/11/2022 we were then able to see the property in some light which then came to my understanding why the property was best viewed in the dark as it was not as it seemed in the photos, it was a complete CATFISH!.

There are numerous of broken windows in the property, you could not use the bath/shower as the plug is stuck into the bath so if the water was to fill up there is no way of getting it out, there was a leak in the bathroom, there was blinds covered in mold left hanging up, the carpet was filthy, the property had not been cleaned at all & I could go on and on and on.

Since then it had taken a month to fix bath/shower facilities so we was unable to live in the property until this was done (1months rent money lost) with no compensation.

There is still a cracked window in the kitchen that was promised to be fixed before we even received the keys however 4 months on that has not been done. A maintenance person has been to the property 3 times now to fix a leaking sink but each time a new part is needed so it doesn't get done.

Myself and my partner are constantly having to call and email asking for updates, it is very very rare we get any response from anyone. I emailed on 31/01/2023 and have still not got a response to that email even though I can see it has been read!

I managed to speak with Andrei today who was just RUDE! the way this whole team works is beyond a joke and the way they treat tenants.

Being 7months pregnant the amount of stress they have caused is horrible! I really don't know how any company can justify they way this has all been handled or the way us as new tenants have been and continued to be treated!

All we want is the problems that have been agreed to be fixed to be completed ASAP as promised,  and as promised to receive the money we are owed for the work we done ourselves which was agreed! So then we can actually enjoy the property we are paying to live in!

Being ignored is extremely frustrating.

Excellent management of customer relationship by Hassan Ali in particular but also Rukhsana. Hassan went out of his way on so many counts to ensure that things proceeded despite delays caused by my side. He was very welcoming with a positive attitude throughout, putting customer relations first and foremost. I only dealt with Rukhsana over the phone, where she personified professionalism and pleasant manners. They are truly both great assets to their branch.

Rukhsana at haarts in greenford is very helpful and knowledgeable and always motivated to help clients.

After a nightmare fortnight looking to rent properties in my local area I was fortunate that David prince answered the phone to me at haart’s in Greenford.
He is polite and very conscientious to your needs.
I applaud his old school approach that takes everyone’s needs into account and not just those that will make him commission.

I have rented my property through Haart for a while.
During my time with Haart I have experienced a lot of ups and downs and several changes in property management.
Poonam who is based in the Ealing office has helped and assisted in every possible way in the last year. She has proven that my experience with Haart has not been all so bad.
She is an incredible person who has allowed me to change my thoughts about Haart estate agency and if in the near future, I will definitely come back with high expectations.
