Bought a house via Haart's Hucknall & was very impressed with the whole team, especially a young man called Henry, who went above & beyond to assist as, especially when we encountered delays with our vendors.
He made a stressful experience far more bearable, to which we are very grateful.

I had a very horrible experience with this estate agent. From the outset, there were existing damages in the property that were never disclosed, and when I raised these issues, I was met with excuses and contradictions instead of honesty and dealings with the seller. It quickly became clear that important details had been left out or misrepresented, and I felt misled throughout the process and have been left with tones of debt as a result. To say how hard it is for first time buyers in this day and age I am absolutely disgusted that agencies like this have absolutely no support and honesty to the buyer.

Communication was dreadful and battered between two companies (each more clueless than the other), and rather than taking responsibility or helping to resolve the problems whilst within time frame, the agent tried to shift the blame by means of getting the sale over the line. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to ANYONE looking for a straightforward, trustworthy service.

DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT, agents like these will tell you whatever you want to hear but they just lie and add many extra fees on and make the whole experience for first time buyers horrible

Having bought and sold 10 houses in the past, this was, without doubt, the worst experience with an estate agent.
Firstly, beware of their contract. It states 14 weeks, but you can’t give them the two weeks notice until the end of the contract, which actually makes it a 16 week contract.
They completely over-valued the property initially – you would have thought a professional estate agent would be able to see that there were obvious issues which would need attention. I had to spend over £16,000 to bring it up to a standard that would sell for anything near the value that they initially gave it.
But worst of all is their communication with clients and internally. I was told by Soraya Rankin that a buyer had sold their property – she even put it in writing – only to find out six weeks later that their property was under offer, NOT sold. Information that I sent to Soraya was not shared with her colleagues, and therefore I would receive calls from colleagues asking me questions I had already answered.
Beware, they use a limited number of standard emails that they do not adapt to for your personal situation, so they make no sense at all. And whenever you call them, you get through to a central office who can only pass messages on, some of which never reach the recipient.
I moved away from the agency, after complaining about Soraya to one of her colleagues, and placed it with a competitor, as I was so unhappy with the standards being provided. The second agency sold it to a buyer who had originally viewed the property with Haart Hucknall, so I was passed back to Haart, who strangely allocated Soraya as my point of contact again. Very annoying!

I signed with Haart, Hucknall to sell my house, despite them not being the cheapest by any means, but i thought they seemed professional, which they were for the first week! after that they have been absolutely hopeless, i had 4 viewings in the first week, i never had any feedback from any of these viewings. I had to chase Haart numerous times - or rather try to, as you do not get answers to emails and the phone line goes to head office eventually and they cant actually help you with anything and just say they will get Haart Hucknall to call you back, which they never do. I have now ceased my contract with them and removed the board from my property (still not collected!) i will never recommend Haart or use them again, and i am also actively not looking at properties for sale where Haart are involved! Please do not tell me to try and contact them to resolve my issues, as i can show you proof of a significant number of attempts for me to contact Holly Evans and the Branch with no response. Avoid Haart Hucknall!

Sold an empty house in May 2024, and had moved across the country to start a new life. The Hucknall office took control of the property, and marketed it for me. It was going moderately well, they did a job, but I had to constantly chase for updates and ask about how the market was doing, they did nothing off their own backs. The only real job they did was show a handful of viewers around.
It came to the the sale and the buyers did a final viewing, during which the Haart estate agents allowed them to get hold of keys to the property, which the buyers then used to get access to the property before the sale completed and began moving in. Haart were useless, impossible for them to do anything out of hours even contact their own branch staff. It eventually took my solicitor getting in contact with their lawyers to actually get a message of cease and desist.
Since then Haart have gone dark, only responding once to my request for answers and compensation for the stress involved (I thought I was the subject of some scam and would end up with squatters in the property).
Would never recommend any branch of Haart to anyone, they seem quite happy and have it in the contract that any items that go missing in the viewing is your fault, not theirs

I contacted haart estate agents on wed morning to arrange a viewing of a property in sutton in ashfield .at dinner a, Soraya from haart rang me it was arranged i vist later that day .so i went along .very good saved me a lot of time good service from Soraya .

I'm a property investor and recently found two properties in Hucknall, Nottingham that I was interested in. These properties were listed by Haart in Hucknall.

The first time I phoned the Haart branch in Hucknall to book viewings, no one answered the phone. I got through to a switchboard who took my details and passed it on to the Hucknall office to call me. However, no one called.

To cut a long story short, I called the Hucknall branch 5 times over 4 days, and exactly the same thing kept happening. The lovely people from the switchboard that kept answering the phone could only apologise and kept emailing the Hucknall office and even tagging the email as urgent, yet no one bothered to call me back.

At least, I now know which agents not to approach to either sell or manage my properties when I finally purchase some in Nottingham.

Absolutely shocking and disgraceful from the Haart office in Hucknall.

We completed on a property being sold via Haarts last month. We were incredibly happy with the service we got, the day we made an offer and had it accepted we were directed to a great mortgage adviser and throughout the buying process we received excellent communication from our contact Isabella Corten-Southern. She was very helpful and easy to contact when we had any questions. As first time buyers we really appreciated all of the support and how well our case was handled.

Soraya Rankin has been absolutely fantastic, I have just put an offer in on a property and it’s been accepted I’m so happy and Soraya has been very personable and professional as a go between with the seller and myself 😊 Well done Soraya … from Pam

Well what can I say other than absolutely fantastic service ! Soraya has been our contact throughout the sale of our home, she has acted professionally and with empathy to the reasons behind our sale. She has been amazing at keeping both parties involved and up to speed with what’s happening every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to represent the sale of our home.
