I wanted my house evaluated after we finished extensive work, so I called Haart estate agents, located in Stratton. A young lady, Lucy Griffiths, carried out the evaluation. She was very professional and understood our current situation, but above all, her knowledge about the area and the current market trends around buying and selling property was awesome. If I ever do consider selling, I would use this company, thanks to her.

I can not rate Ellie at stratton haart estate agents enough, she went above and beyond to make our dreams come true! She kept us updated every step of the way and had so much heart and passion for the sale of our home and purchasing our new one! Such a lovely lady! Also Chris and the rest of the team all had a part in making our purchase and completion successfull! Thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts!!

Ellie in the Stratton office was extremely helpful and very proactive. Following up regularly with me until the sale on my mother’s flat was completed. I would highly recommend Haart services and a big thank you to Ellie and Chloe also in the office.

We met with Chloe from the Stratton office a couple of days ago viewing a bungalow in Medina Way. Although we plumped for an alternative property we considered the bungalow to be in really nice condition but just a little to small for us. Chloe was very informative and helpful and had a very approachable attitude.

They are the Best. Mrs Lucy, Lauren and Chloe are the experts,
They respond very fast, excellent negotiators and extremely helpful, especially Lucy, she is very cared for me, understood what I need and help me to get my decision fast.

Worst experience possible. The lack of professionalism and trust across the process was below mediocre.

Not able to visit the house as often as we should with several delays on completion. in one of the situations the completion date was changed less 24h of the confirmed date. Specification list and what we found with some major differences that the agency agreed to solve but disappear after the completion date. Several emails were sent to book a meeting with the manager but completely ignored. Agency told us that the builders will pay the stamp duty due to them being late and in the end, we end up paying 50%. Do not use this agency or the solicitors that the agency recommends. if you need to use make sure you have documents for everything they say.
