I would recommend Haart lettings 100 times over!! I was lucky enough to have help from Sarah at Devon Property Management, who went above and beyond to solve my query quickly. Communication was great and she even checked back in to make sure everything was still fine. I couldn’t recommend Haart enough, thank you so much for your hard work!

Emma the Lettings manager has been exceptional during our experience with Haart. She has been attentive from the word go, always ensuring any questions we have are answered punctually and has never left us waiting when we have contacted her for whatever reason. She listened carefully from the off and has been mindful of our circumstances and specifications as landlords.

Sarah Parsley has been excellent since taking the reigns as Haart’s property maintenance manager. My company, Wright Electrical Solutions, handles the electrical contracting and maintenance in Devon and Sarahs communication with myself, landlords and tenants has allowed for quick and efficient handling of all issues raised.

Cannot thank Sarah Parsley enough for all her help and advice through my maintenance issues she was quick and efficient in helping us I rang her and within a few hours she organised contractors to resolve the problems. She is an absolute credit to the team at haart, very professional and cannot thank her enough.

When I first contacted Haart estate agents in Torquay with regards to a property I was interested in renting I still lived in Kent so I had to deal with everything on a long distance.
The lady that was helping me from start to finish and made everything so easy was Emma Scott.

And I have to say What a fantastic agent she is. Unfortunately I had to move out of the property eventually due to some issues the property had but Emma has helped me from start to finish.
She has always been available and always tried to help me to resolve things as quickly as possible.
She goes above and beyond to help her clients and truly cares and that meant a lot to someone like me that has never had to rent a property before. I really appreciate everything she has done for me.

Very happy with haart and Devon Property Management. As a Landlord and having had a difficult tenancy come to an end I was very impressed with the services of DPM especially Sarah Parsley who went to great lengths to resolve some of the issues surrounding the tenancy closure. She especially went out of her way and showed a great determination to find a solution for all parties. A great asset to DPM.

Sarah Parsely has been extremely helpful. She has been in contact with us three times in the last week or so, which must be hard during these difficult times. (We have a tenant who moved in in December and hasn't paid any rent since his initial payment). We have had quite a few problems getting hold of anybody at Haarts despite constant calls and emails and to hear from Sarah was a great relief. She contacts us when she says she will and has given us her direct line. I feel, at long last, that we are making progress - thank you so much Sarah.
