haart - Estate Agents Wisbech レビュー 

Had a valuation today with Aiden who represented Haart, this young man was very polite, well prepared & presented. He was very knowledgeable of the industry with great area knowledge… I would have been ready to do business, however I find the fees very expensive £3000 + vat ( £3600) 2 other main agents both quoted £1900 + vat (£2280) so for that reason, I can’t justify using Haart’s services…. Also I must add after writing this I called the local branch, the called was transferred, the lady answered with hello, I asked was this Haart, she said yes it’s the overflow line. I asked her to get a message for the branch to call me back… after 20 mins…. no call, I called again & spoke to the branch, no message had been passed to call me… not good business, so why again are your fees so high.. you need to improve your service to justify your fees.

Don’t bother. I booked an appointment with Haart (Wisbech) to come round to give me a property valuation. They phoned back 5 minutes after I made the initial booking to change that appointment to a different day. Then they didn’t bother turning up. No phone call, e mail or anything. I’ve tried ringing to find out where they are but they don’t answer the phone. I phoned the number on the confirmation email which turned out to be a contact centre. The person there said they’d email the branch and get them to contact me immediately. Of course - no one did. I’m beginning to think I dodged a bullet there. What a waste of my time. Thank goodness there are other estate agents available who will gladly come round and get the job done. I would’ve given zero stars if it was possible. Really poor service.

I had great service from Jamie at Wisbech when looking for a property to buy. He was most helpful in locating and showing me around various locations. I would have no hesitation in recommending those people looking for a great service to contact Jamie.

My move was a relatively simple one - I had no chain and was buying an empty property. The sale was completed with another local estate agent doing much of the initial work.

The team at Haart (Wisbech) was professional and efficient. The most effective means of communication is via email where responses were quick and helpful.

The team kept on top of the sale with regular updates and communication with solicitors and completion was achieved in six weeks.

Sue was incredibly helpful and friendly when showing me round houses. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

Our property was sold in one day thanks to excellent marketing and presentation.
There followed a turbulent few months when the relatively short chain was extremely fragile but thanks to some tremendous work by Kirsty Young our exchange and completion finally happened.
Kirsty’s determination, almost tenacity, in ensuring daily updates to all the chain restored confidence in a successful outcome and we cannot thank her enough.

1st appointment with Haart - viewing agent was 15 minutes late and knew nothing about the property.
(Wisbech). No follow up on the viewing from the branch

Tried to book in to see another property, 5 days later i still haven't received an answer from either the Kings Lynn or Wisbech branches.

Shane handled putting my house on the market extremely well.Got to a sale agreed situation very quickly, and Camilla has now looked after everything very well indeed.

We moved into the property on Friday unfortunately the front door wouldn't open.
Went round the back and got inside through the back door. Front door has no lock and has somehow been jammed shut. This explains why on the two occasions Jamie Neave showed me around I was asked to enter and leave through the back door.
It wouldn't have been an issue had I been told before hand. A bit sly wouldn't you say.This has caused me to postpone moving in because I cannot get my furniture in. This has caused me further expense so thanks for that.

Amazing from start to finish. Kirsty was a star and was very helpful.
