Having dealt with several estate agents over the years, I can confidently say that Haarts stands out as one of the most professional, proactive, and genuinely customer-focused agencies I have worked with.

A special mention has to go to Adam Francis, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he kept me informed every step of the way, answered my countless questions with patience and professionalism, and was always available whenever I needed advice or reassurance. What really impressed me was how proactive he was in liaising with the sellers and their solicitors to keep everything moving and minimise delays. His communication and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience feel far more manageable.

The whole team at Haarts provided an excellent level of service, demonstrating professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for their clients. They never made me feel like just another customer—they took the time to understand my needs and worked hard to ensure the process was as smooth as possible.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haarts to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. "Unprofessional" doesn't even begin to describe this agency.
I'm a cash buyer. I requested viewings multiple times: online, by phone, by emails. Whenever I called I was never passed onto an agent, but the so called "concierge" took note of my viewing requests to pass them on.
They never replied. Then, one day, while I was abroad, between 1 to 2 months after I requested the viewings, they started calling. As If I cared at that point.

I do not generally write reviews but Ryan at Haart lettings Luton has been so amazingly helpful in the most stressful of times I feel compelled to. Having never been in the situation before & being overwhelmed at so many things currently in life without the support I feel I received from Ryan I will have ended up sleeping in my car. Sincere,sympathetic and extremely understanding to the point that I felt within hours a release of the pressure of flat hunting. So grateful as so many other things in life that had led to my being in the 'no where to live and what do I do with all I own' I could not cope with the homelessness on top. Ryan made this process simple,explaining fully what I didn't understand and taking the stress out of the process. Service was 18 out of 10 and I highly recommend Haart and can only hope the reader of this is as lucky as I was in finding a true genuine caring helpful individual. Ryan....Top Man and I really can not thank you enough for the exceptional role you have played in getting me through the most stressful or times.

I worked with Amber who was excellent, communicative and responsive. Whilst I received no interaction with the Northampton office, I have found the Luton office very good - helping with both the management of my tenancy and the subsequent vacating of the property.

Amber Blower has been extremely helpful through our tenancy with Haart. She goes the extra mile and always keeps you informed every step of the way. A true professional , thank you Amber.

This review is specifically directed at Amber who is a wonderful person with lots of patience. She always responds promptly to requests for information and is always ready to provide feedback when required. She does not leave you hanging which unfortunately a lot of agents do. She is just an all round nice person and does her job with professional courtesy regardless of who you are.

I'm delighted to review Amber Blower as my usual contact at Haart. Despite some issues we've had with a tenant leaving rent unpaid, Amber has stayed on top of things, answering my (many) questions and remaining patient, responsive and professional every time. I'm only giving four stars (not directed at Amber) but because there isn't brilliant communication on repairs that need doing. For example, if I hear about something that's broken, the management team will get someone onto the job but I'm never updated on whether it's been completed. They are though, friendly, helpful and they are much more thorough than other agencies I've used.

Pushed to rate their service as soon as we moved in. Much time didn't pass before things started to go wrong. The house rented started falling apart and while the landlady (who barely spoke English) was of no help, the agency repeatedly refused to help communicate with her - contractually that was their responsibility. They have sent us addendum to the agreement that was meant to lower the price of the rent and after signing it and advising us to amend the difference in the rent they cut contact with us for couple of months to just tell us that we owe them rent and back off from the addendum. These are just highlights of how 1.5 year tenancy looked like.

Unfortunately still with them for another year plus 3 behind, years of indifference and lack of communication.
They called and asked if they could come in for some pictures in the same day and when told them it’s impossible as we all busy we’ve been questioned why as it’s 4 of us on the contract??!!! Seriously?! Also we booked for next day and the lady (Samra) been late (1hr30) saying it’s due to traffic. Very unprofessional unfortunately.
Unbelievable how they seem to believe we need to plan our time for their needs. Also sending wrong dated contract in the past to sign and expecting us to do it asap.. When asked for a second set of keys as it happened to lock ourselves outside they said “we don’t have it”.

It was a pleasure working with Daniel. He was always prompt, helpful and very kind with us. He is definitely a professional.

Really bad experience here. They let out my Son in laws properly around 20 months ago. We asked them to serve notice on the tenant 2 months before the contract ended. The tenant refused to move and Haart then told us we need to pay £250 for them to send the tenant a letter regarding moving. Which we did, now 9 months later the tenant is still there Haart have done zero to remove them, still taking their commission but now asking us to pay more for them to send more letters.
My Advice would be to not let this company manage your properties under any circumstances.

it's easier to get a loan than to take the house from them, don't waste time, even more, they try to steal your deposit

Rang luton branch to view a house 3 times no call backs no explanation no viewing do you want to sell houses. Are you really professional? I work in retail if I gave this kind of service I would be disgusted and reprimanded. So went somewhere else a d assume I lost this property.

I worked with many different agencies in Luton and Haart is by far the worst! They are very rude and very disrespectful and all they care is to charge you extra money for everything. I strongly recommend not working with them and working with other agencies. They are the worst in Luton

Haart Luton branch I asked them to place property for rent, after a few weeks and had to keep chasing for updates, I asked them to take it off the market and I collected the keys. Checked it had been removed from there site and also right moves site to my horror they were showing it as let. Emailed them and complained that this was false representation and a way of manipulating there figures. They stated thats how there IT department works WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

We have worked with Micheal from Haart Luton on various rental properties we own and they have always exceeded our expectations in marketing and finding the most suitable tenants. We would not hesitate to use Haart on any future rentals.

Michael Birley demonstrated a really sound understanding of the residential lettings market in Stevenage. He gave us a good indication of the rent we could expect to achieve for our property and talked us through everything we needed to know. He has been very helpful and supportive, and I would recommend him.

If you're a tenant or a landlord, DO NOT USE HAART. My former tenant has been chasing her deposit for months. Haart does not even reply to her or my emails. As a landlord use Leaders two doors away. Far more professional organisation whom I have switched all my lettings to. I have taken all 6 of my Lettings from Luton branch because of Haart charging for things not meant to be charged for, non reply of emails, telling me the relevant person will call me back just to realise relevant person has not even have the message reached to him. In my opinion, it's a joke organisation that is not interested in doing its job properly but only interested in taking money from you.

Awful place to use in selling .
Got promised this that and the other when i signed up with them. Hardly brought any one up to view . Would often go weekswithout any one to view.
Then when they did come the viewing would literally be a quick in and out . Nothing was said to try to "sell"the place.
Fees high. Highly disappointed.

Michael Birley provided a professional and efficient service. He is a credit to Haarts Estate Agents Luton office and I would have no hesitation in using his services again
