Whatever you do, please don’t give your property to this management company.

The communication is extremely poor, and they are completely nonchalant when issues arise. They rarely answer the phone, fail to respond to emails, and I’m constantly having to chase them for updates.

Rent payments are consistently late, and whenever there is a problem, they seem more interested in passing the blame than taking responsibility.

To make matters worse, there is a six-week exit fee, meaning I’m now losing even more money just to leave.

I’m desperately trying to get out of this awful contract. I would not recommend this company to any landlord looking for a reliable property management service.

Particularly… stay away from the Dagenham branch.

Haart Romford, Dagenham and Rainham. All poor services given. No clear process and just push their customers to deal with issues themselves and not actively support after tenants have finally moved in to the property.

Won't be dealing with them again. Stay away.

As a renter awful service. Constantly emailing and calling. My contact , Adam Dard, who ignores all emails and calls, is awful. Spoke with central office today who advise going to office as they can’t get through, well neither can I.

Fraud estate agents , Must be avoided. I was purchasing a property through them. they gave me offer acceptance letter, i received the mortgage offer from my lender, then they gave property to another buyer who gave them extra CASH.

My brother was buying a property through Heart Dagenham, he gave the offer (380000) and its accepted it and Heart dagenham issued a confirmation letter. After 2 days they informed my brother the offer is rejected asking my brother to give a higher offer, then my brother gave higher offer of 385000, they accepted again and issued a letted again. my brother booked the survey (paid the fee) then they refused the surveyor to visit the property and said offer rejected. I don't know how these guy working.
they are not trust worthy. very bad experience with HAART DAGENHAM. may be they need some money on top from the buyer. ....

Denis has been amazing throughout the process. Could not recommend him enough! Get him promoted!

The customer service provided by Haart Dagenham was exceptional. Keeley went above and beyond, demonstrating amazing assistance and support when I dropped off the keys after the move. Rented a property for 2 years which was full of damp and mould. Repairs and maintenance was never done. Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated. Got emergency moved by council due to medical now they want to deduct money from my deposit for damages and issues that were already there prior to me moving in. Wouldn’t even give them a star. Don’t recommend renting off this agency at all !

As the landlord my tenancy is due to end in 2024. Due to sub standard service I have experienced from haarts property management team, I wish to exit at the end of the tenancy. It has since been brought to my attention that according to their T&Cs I will owe them 6 weeks rent + VAT to do this even though the 24 month tenancy is at an end. I was never made aware of this in the selling process. I was asked to sign a document, over the phone, on the 18th of February, when the tenants were moving in on the 22nd of February. No talking through the severe fees to leave. The clause is in the small print at the back, and is extremely significant. It was not highlighted and the signing of the document was positioned as a mere formality in the final stage of the process when it should have been the first thing to have been explained, giving me the full picture of what I was agreeing to. Unethical selling. In effect haarts expect to manage my property for life. This fee is pure extortion. It is unreasonable and unethical, especially after such a poor service. I have wasted a lot of time with haarts when the purpose of property management is to save time. I have raised this complaint with the property management team and will escalate to the Property Ombudsman unless a FAIR resolution is reached ASAP.

I cannot thank Millie Fisher enough. Every time I have called, she has acted promptly and professionally to resolve any issues that may have arisen whilst trying to sell my property.

I would not hesitate to recommend Haart to anyone thinking of renting a property or selling.

Hi this branch is so unprofessional and not helpful. I regret to give them my property. Account manager left the job but I wasn’t even told. They are not refunding rent and legal insurance fee I did not even asked to do. It is so frustrating and they do not just respond! They simply don’t care !! Do not give them your properties. They also pay the rent very late. You have to keep chasing for the rent.

As a new landlord, renting out my property for the first time, couldn’t have been made easier thanks to Joshua from Haart (Dagenham). Communication was great from start to finish, valuing my property, finding the tenants, sorting out the paperwork couldn’t have asked for more.
