Trennaie Thompson : wow this lady was amazing at getting jobs done , we brought from hart agents , they were very quick at replying and always on the ball , trennaie was so helpful every time I called nothing was to much trouble for this lady , thankyou very much for your kind words and hard work in a very stressful situation

I rented a property managed by Haart Derby and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
Throughout the tenancy, there were several maintenance issues that took around 11 months to be resolved. Communication was a constant challenge, with emails often taking weeks or even months to receive a response.
The lack of communication and customer service made what should have been straightforward issues unnecessarily stressful. As a tenant, I often felt ignored and had to repeatedly chase for updates.
To make matters worse, Haart repeatedly sent contractors to carry out repairs who either did poor-quality work or simply failed to turn up for scheduled appointments. This resulted in further delays and unnecessary inconvenience.
The situation continued after I moved out. It took nearly two months to receive my deposit back, largely due to delays and poor communication from Haart's side.
Overall, I found the service unprofessional, slow, and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Haart Derby to prospective tenants looking for a responsive and reliable letting agent.

If i could give zero stars i would. Got me renting the property nice and quick, contracts signed before inventory done, never recieved a copy until I asked. Multiple issues in the house that should have been fixed prior. Every call or email is ignored despite having maintenance issues. They arrange a home inspection and cant even make that or call to update. By far the worst estate agen ever used.

We are first time buyers and was quiet daunted about the whole mortgage process, however we went with Michael at Haart Derby for our mortgage, from start to finish the process was made so smooth and sufficient! Michael has supported us massively and got our mortgage process finalised within the matter of weeks. Michael is very knowledgeable and was happy to work around us and our needs. I would definitely recommend Michael if you are wanting to go for a mortgage very professional and easy to talk to and kept us in the loop at all times! 5 🌟!!!

Never again.Hard to contact,nearly a year with them and nothing but problems.The only way to contact is by paying the rent late so they ont the phone straigth away.Two different people was dealing with the issues at the property and now its nearly a year with a single visit.Mathew took a pics of every problem in the property and said that will be in touch next day.Contacted them few week after(fed up waiting) just to hear thats Mathew can not find his own report.3 weeks later now and still nothing happened.Property covered with mould from the leaking roof,walls driping water out after a rain.Nobody interested till we r late with rent,and we doing that on purpose just to get somebody from that "great" agency to contact us.

I wouldn't recommend had the Worst experience with the property management team
Never again
They tell you they do regular property visits if you let them manage your property which is not true you only get one visit even if your tenant is in the property for 10 years unless you pay extra every time you want to visit

Gerilee has been amazing,managed to get a buyer for our property with the first viewing.

He really deserves a medal for sorting out any problems however when his hands are tied by either the agency or the landlord he will find a way to make things happen. I had the worst experience through letting with Haart .. their property management team has been chasing the contractor for 3 months for a few of our maintenance request .. I e mailed and called close to 50 times every time they say to wait for 3 days and no one turns up .. they are not even ashamed to admit that it’s been going on for 3 months and treats every call callously .. at-least if they told outrightly it’s not possible we could live knowing that it’s not going to happen .. worst experience ..at this point I am not sure if customer service standards are generally this low here .. or is it just them ..

10 out of 10 for quality and professionalism.
