Nicole was a great help, proactive and constructive. It was a pleasure dealing with her!

I would give zero star if possible for letting agency and the employee called SULTAN . We paid £530 holding deposit and gave all the documents that they asked for referencing, we were suppose to move on 14 August and they delayed our application for almost one month and at the end they did not give us a reason for rejecting our application and kept our holding deposit. Now they have re advertised the property . SULTAN and his letting agency are Fraud and thieves . Please dont deal with them

By far the worst Lettings agent in Ealing.
There manager has long moved thank goodness but my experience this is the poorest outfit you could trust with your property. They will stick anyone in your property regardless of your criteria and pawn it off as what you wanted.

Top service, especially Laner from the lettings department.
They were always there when I needed them.
It was six years of pure pleasure.

Worse lettings agents
declined my offer after giving me fake hope of moving into the property and declined my offer because I refused to give them my open banking after I gave them 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements.
Also decided to keep my deposit because apparently it was my fault for not providing opening banking when it was optional

Poonam Sahni has been handling my account for few years now . She always is very eager to extend customer support and I find her very amiable and friendly. She is kind of a one stop solution for all rental support.

I am delighted with the service received from Haart in Ealing. Poonam in their team worked exceptionally hard to find the right tenant for me. Haart are very professional and very thorough and their staff are exceptional. They strive so hard to find the right tenant for the landlord.

Poonam of Haart Ealing lettings was extremely professional and helpful. She helped with organising my gas safety certificate and ensuring my rent was paid on time. She is a delightful person and a joy to work with, Waheeda (Landlord Greenford)

Suffered racist abuse from the Property Management team on a daily basis whilst working in their office. Was finally conspired against and eased out on completely false allegations merely for raising concerns and proposals to change inefficient and ineffectual processes deeply affecting our clients. Was promised an 'investigation' which has not been executed and ever since senior management have been ignoring my complaints and correspondence.

Poonam at Haart Ealing has been looking after my property portfolio for some time now. I always find that my renewals are well organised and there isn’t much for me to action. Thanks for being so proactive when it comes to property management.

I had a bad experience with this company, after passing successfully the referencing procedure they told me to give notice and to prepare moving.
I did gave Notice and the landlord started bringing people to my home for viewings. I waited one week and Haart didn't send me the contract or didn't send me any updates , I start feel worried and sent a lot of e-mails to Elise asking her any updates about the contract but she didn't answer . I spoke to my landlord to wait not to sign any contract until I sign mine .the landlord said he already found a new tenant and will sign the contract in a few hours , I felt very bad and I risked to be homeless me a my family since I have 1 kid, I sent to Elise an e-mail begging her to provide me updates today or I will be homeless tomorrow, finally Elise wrote to me informing me that the landlord let his flat privately with a higher rate , I streghtaway contact my landlord and begging him to accept us remaining in his flat and after many negotiations he accepted to continue but under very hard conditions.

My tenancy has ended since July. I still haven't received my deposit back over a dispute between the property owner and Haart over an end of tenancy fee between them.
I have been trying to claim back my deposit since and there is bad communication within the company, apparently people leave the company and mystiourisly never leave notes on the system. I am raising a dispute with Tenancy Deposit Scheme, as Haart is holding my deposit as ransom over a fee the owner owes to Haart. I owe them nothing, yet I fail to see why they are penalizing me for this. Unacceptable customers service.

Absolutely hopeless in property management. Thy are not available on the phone. They only work by email, but they never answer their email. I've been waiting for the last 6 months to get an answer to my council tax question about the 3 properties we have with them.
They sent an statement last month for a property where the existing tenant extended their contract. In their statement they charged for check out where there was no check out. I have left numerous messages and sent emails but no answer. It is nearly a month now and i am still waiting for an answer.
I would not recommend them even if they were the last agent in the world.
