Hossin showed me today two properties. It was a good experience for me as I am new to this market. He was very helpful and easy to get with. I also noticed that Hossin kept me informed throughout this process.

As the first time seller in London, this has been the extremely worst experience I have been gone through with Ares and Rice of Harrt. I believe I was misled by a higher valuation and persuaded to sign an unfair contract which included a 20-week sole selling rights agreement and a fixed amount of commission, £14,000.
After only a few viewings, they kept pressuring me to accept the offer which was far below market price. I tried to call Ares, but he didn’t answer my calls. Of course I didn’t accept the so-called ‘offer’.
I waited until the contract ended and wrote them an email stating that I would terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice. After a week of termination, they sent me an unreal list of introduced buyers – eight in total. According to my correspondence with them, only 2 of them came to have viewings. The other 6 never came and didn’t show in my record.
I immediately emailed to ask for an accurate one. Unfortunately, they simply resent the same email again and insisted that they have the right to claim commission if our flat were sold to those buyers, even though there was no evidence that those people were ever genuinely introduced to us.

Mohammed from Haart Real Estate was extremely professional, humble, and provided excellent customer service. Even at short notice, he arranged viewings for three other properties and was very knowledgeable throughout the process. Anyone would instantly appreciate his outstanding customer service and polite nature. He is a young man with a very bright future ahead of him, and I am sure he will go a long way in his career thank you Mohammed.

I had a very disappointing experience with Haart Estate Agents. Maintenance issues in the property were not handled properly or in a timely manner. I reported a serious problem with the bathroom — both the bathtub and the toilet were not flushing — multiple times via phone and email. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took over three months and the issue was still not resolved.

Communication was poor throughout, and I felt ignored as a tenant. On top of that, my deposit was not returned at the end of the tenancy. I eventually had to go through an adjudicator to get my money back, which was stressful and time-consuming.

Overall, I would not recommend Haart based on my experience. Tenants should expect better responsiveness and professionalism when it comes to essential repairs and deposit handling.

Amazingly incompetent, untrustworthy and bunch of frauds is how i can describe them. May god bless you if you are availing their services.

Haart Wembley managed our property for around 1.5 years, and unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. Communication was always very slow, with responses coming late or not at all.

They failed to arrange proper cleaning services, and even after we paid for professional cleaning ourselves, we were not reimbursed as promised. Now, they have completely stopped responding to our calls and emails.

Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism has caused us significant stress and financial loss. I would advise other landlords and tenants to be very cautious before working with this branch.

Agents from this company called me for evaluating my property. We settled the day and time but unfortunately few hours before their visit I cancelled the appointment due to some unavoidable reasons.
One of the agent’s Mr Ares Dildar is emailing another Haart agent and cc ‘ ing me writing that I am a liar as I cancelled their appointment because of some other agency visiting me. How dumb, reckless and idiotic he can be to cc me a private conversation about me to my email only.
Little brains alas!
On top of that no apologies as such from the company, probably run by all clowns.

The Haart Wembley team are amazing. Whilst trying to buy a flat we spoke to many estate agents and this was the only positive experience I had with them. I am writing this genuinely as I am so happy with our flat and I am so happy with the support the team provided. Wais showed us around and stayed in touch answering any questions we had. Amrish was our mortgage advisor and was also available to support whenever I needed, and I called him a lot 😂. The team are genuinely amazing, even speaking to some of their other staff.

I visited them and gave all the details for the kind of apartment I was interested in buying. I got a call back with details of the apartment which met all the details i had asked for. Once scheduled

1. they called a day before and changed the time which I agreed to.
2. they came 5 mins late and gave us 10 minutes to check the apartment as he has was in a rush.
3. he had no idea about the apartment amenities and was not even interested in showing us around.

Sirus and his team was very professional and very helpful.
You will never regret doing business with them

As property managers, I am highly dissapointed to say the least. I have lodged a no of complaints by email or phone but to no avail. It seems like I am leaving messages to a wall. They do not respond to any issues from the tenant as well leaving the tenant frustrated. But its unfortunate that I have to write this in desperation. The full team at Haart North London is irresponsible and unprofessional. I have been chasing over a month to hand over the property management to me but they do not respond and keep on overcharging for services not performed. I have copied in emails Haart team and ultimately in frustration senior most manager, but have not received any response.
I really wish I could drop a -(minus) 10 rating.
Hope I will finally receive a response after giving a review on this website.

Right from the very beginning haart have given me excellent service.From the marketing of the property to the final completion I was kept informed all the way through.Omar Hussan came round and marketed the property .Took photos and videos and managed to find me a buyer within a couple of weeks.Excellent and very professional. Qais Dalwazie liased with both solicitors and the buyer to make sure things went as smoothly as possible.Nothing was too much trouble.The rest of the team were on hand to help out wherever they could.I would highly recommend Haarts in Wembley.Excellent all round service.

It’ been a pain in the @$$ trying to get our deposit and money back from Haart Wembley. They are quick to take the money but play fool when it’s their turn to pay. Everything is flowers and rainbows when they want you to rent with them but then when they have to return your money is another story. Be cautious when renting with them…
